After winners Mdice and runner up Eledan have declined, Numayania's capital New Svetlandiya will be hosting contest XIX in August, with help from People's Republic of Jester, Ben's Sanctuary and Kylienips.The Reservation thread will open Sunday between 7:30-8pm. Other dates are TBC. Please ruminate, coagulate and contemplate about the upcoming contest here :)

I'm going to iron out the finer points tomorrow, but the idea is that each of the chart guys involved would run one thread, or that we would all deal with different aspects... but the contest will still technically be Numayania's.
