September 13, 200915 yr Nooo Nick i told you it would be Numayanis :P:P I was kind of hoping that an unknown would trump it though
September 13, 200915 yr i'm 47 points ahead with a 56 point gap to overcome. just 9pts :cheer: Woops. 10 points have been forgotten. :heehee: TENSE STUFF INNIT
September 13, 200915 yr Yes I don't get it either, there's only so far you can go with being understanding that the host job can be difficult. But this is really slow :( hosting is very time consuming, as opposed to difficult, although it can be if there are tough decisions to make i.e. people not voting/confirming on time etc...I did days of prep work to ensure that XVIII went smoothly because I had awful memories of V where I had done no prep whatsoever and I felt flustered throughout and kept making mistakes...that was a disaster I was determined not to repeat!
September 13, 200915 yr I was kind of hoping that an unknown would trump it though  ye but hope and reality are differnet things :P:P i can see your point though, Ethelwulf can't though
September 13, 200915 yr I really dont understand what takes these contests so long to present. If you have all your posts planned before the contest starts, its just copy paste, and you do each post every 2 or 3 minutes. The contest could be done in just under 2 hours

There's lack of prep and there's 5 hours at 2 votes a time without doing a scoreboard and doing a simple coy and ppaste job...
September 13, 200915 yr Woops. 10 points have been forgotten. :heehee: TENSE STUFF INNIT lol  Very much so! On the edge of our 2nd top3/4th top5 ever :o TIS COMEBACK SEASON!!!!!!! I did f*** all prep for the last TBO and did the scoreboard as i went. It was a disaster
September 13, 200915 yr Of the songs in the current Top 4, I really hope Ashton wins! They were 11th in my votes. ;o The other three songs would be dire winners. :(

If you have all your posts planned before the contest starts, its just copy paste, and you do each post every 2 or 3 minutes. The contest could be done in just under 2 hours That prep takes time. Alternatively, when you get results, type up the post and do the score board in word as you get it, then copy paste job on the night. It'll take 10 or so mins per vote, but it's worth it for the time you save on the night.
September 13, 200915 yr This bitching is ridiculous. Noone is even given Kath a chance to say why it's taking her so long. This is the reason why I get bored of BJSC sometimes- It's just too bitchy these days. :(
September 13, 200915 yr surprised Anna Abreu is doing so well its my least fav Rontvia choice out of the four i know.....but i still gave it 7 points :P
September 13, 200915 yr I did prep for my two solo hosting jobs and both times my pre-made posts ended up having errors and I had to do it as I went along. Stressful but manageable. I managed to whip out a new post every 2/3 minutes or so. It's really easy if you just use Excel and use the A-Z/Z-A function to list all of the entries highest to lowest.
September 13, 200915 yr Of the songs in the current Top 4, I really hope Ashton wins! They were 11th in my votes. ;o The other three songs would be dire winners. :( Thanks  Thanks to Deandria too for the 5. 4 points to go!!!!!!!!!!1 :w00t:

This is the reason why I get bored of BJSC sometimes- It's just too bitchy these days. :( I agree ... she might've had her reasons. It can't exactly encourage Kath to post faster with these comments either. Oh and thanks Theo for the 12.

Yeah but the scoreboard is being done by someone else, and the points that are being posted here are clearly copy/paste from the pms, no typing needed. Apart from obviously presenting the country voting. But Kath might be experiencing problems
September 13, 200915 yr Omfg guys  Had an amazing night - thanks for all my points :o Rontvia ftw tho :kink:
September 13, 200915 yr I agree ... she might've had her reasons. It can't exactly encourage Kath to post faster with these comments either. Kath did warn us she had Prefect duties to do.
