Really you know more than I think how so? and read what I said properly, her having an open opinion is different because she knows that what she says will cause controversy, like this for example we are aruging over it, you dont see us arguing over a randomer on another forums opinion. She knows when she says something it has more consequences and quite frankly her and mutya just seem to be doing it for attention not because they genuinely support Keisha otherwise they would keep quiet about it like Keisha has done.

I don't give a $h!t if she was a bitch behind the scenes, you can't replace that voice. Those adlibs are so far beyond epic and jade just doesn't have the voice to compete with K singing normally, never mind in tour adlib mode. I suspect i'm gonna be disappointed with their older material at the S7 tour without those adlibs, for me they really make a Sugababes live performance. Jade gets the benefit of my doubt until the tour, then we'll see if she's gonna shine like Amelle did....

Awww I'm gutted Keisha quit/fired whatever. Surely they could have sorted their differences! But why bother to continue when there are no more original members left? Can they really continue without Keisha?

Maybe this was already discussed in the previous 48 pages (hope not ^^) but my question is :

 

do jade, amel and heidi have legally the right to continue to record and perform as "sugababes" as there is no original member left ? Has Keisha legally the right to oblige them finding a new group name ?

Yeah, they have a legal right. Heidi and Amelle signed a contract when they first joined the Sugababes, so as soon as they signed that contract, they're classed as an original Sugababe.

 

Maybe I didn't explain that as well as l could but you know what I mean, right? :lol:

 

But if Keisha, Siobhan & Mutya reform then they can legally re-claim the name (i think lol). But we all know that isn't gonna happen so.. :P

i also read today that amelle and heidi were jealous of Keisha because she was the only who was allowed to co-write songs and because of the future royalties on sweet7.

And what Mutya wants and what she gets are two different things. Siobhan can't even talk about Keisha without cringing, so we can safely say the originals are never reforming. I never liked Siobhan, I think it's down right pathetic holding a grudge after what went on when they were teenagers. :/

What annoys me the most is that I think that it is very hard for an ex-member of a pop group to exist as a solo act... and maybe harder when it's a girl so I'm gonna miss Keisha

 

Well, she is already recording new material and it IMO it wouldn't take a while to hear the new stuff from Keisha. But then... she may do a Mutya Buena with one-two Top10s and a floppy album or she might surprise everybody and become an established solo act.

I don't think any of the girls have any right to the Sugababes brand at all... I think it remains with the management or whoever formed them in the first place. There'd be no "legal battle" at all if the three original girls reunited because they've all left the Sugababes brand behind.

The name & all of the material doesn't belong to ANY of the girls. The rights belong to someone else.

 

If I was a member of that group, I'd be worried about my place because they've proved that they will drop your ass with the quickness.

But it's obvious Keisha went for a reason, because she wasn't a nice person to work with because she gets jealous to easily.
