The Singles Collection (standard edition w/ I'm Not A Girl), The deluxe with all box set tracks, and the Digital 45's (where you can buy all of the singles separately with their b-sides/remixes) is available on US iTunes now! :D
Bought the standard version today! The older tracks do sound more HQ.

from HITS 1 day prediction sales:

Jive/JLG's Britney Spears Singles Collection and Allido/Interscope D.C. rapper Wale up next (both at 25-28k).

those numbers are baaaaaaaad :/ I was not expecting miracles but at least 100k :S

(FAN MADE BTW :P)

Is it true that the booklet's liner notes lie about her single chart positions?
Is it true that the booklet's liner notes lie about her single chart positions?

Some of them are indeed off for some reason which is rather odd. I guess they really weren't proofread...

Anyways those numbers do look pretty believable. What were people really expecting? It's only the standard edition that's been released so far and it's nothing special honestly. Even I don't have the money right now to just go out and buy it even though I call myself a fan. The deluxe edition is of course on iTunes but given it's price and how most fans would have most of the tracks already, it's only hanging around #30 on the most downloaded albums.

I don't know, I'm still debating whether I will buy any version of the Singles Collection. :( I really don't care to have a copy of the standard edition at all. The box set is still a bit pricey... broke college student here... but I really would like to have the DVD with all of her recent videos too! I still would like to have the deluxe edition so I may just pass on the physical copy and eventually decide to buy it from iTunes at a more decent price!

You think these sales are a big JOKE? ( and U R that unexplainable rarity - a fan of Britney (even still with zombieBrit™ ) with a Cognitive ability on par with your typical Homo sapien! http://209.85.12.227/431/162/emo/shock.gif)

...just wait till U see the UK + total WWW sales ( you can see the early "indications" (or rather lack of them :heehee: ) for yourselves! )

I'm sure all the usual delusions will be being easilly wheeled out (given the hospitalizable delusion Brit is anything but a decimated shadow of her former self with a charisma bypass) to gloss over any negatives that could be drawn from this lack of interest in Brits recent back catalogue from the credible music/album buying MAINSTREAM PUBLIC, who spend some RESPECTABLE money/investiture on their musical interests , instead of just a 50p download that will be forgotten and deleted in a couple of weeks.http://209.85.12.227/431/162/emo/shy.gif

PS I've put this post on timed delete to save Tyler having to repolish his Pollyanna/Ostrich impersonation and from needing to take those extra meds needed to induce a constant state of acute psychotic delusion http://209.85.12.227/431/162/emo/boozehound.gif

Minus MJ album #25 :o

Well cant say im too surprised... She deserves to flop if she thinks a second GH is necessary after only two more albums, with half of the songs released since the last GH hardly setting the charts alight....
That's not too bad... pretty much expected really. I think Jive would be pretty stupid to expect the album to debut inside the top 10 considering it was just the standard edition released this past week... minus all the digital stuff.
Glad this flopped, I said it was a stupid idea from the beggining.
