I hope the cover is amazing. I cannot wait to hear "3" I'm sure I won't be disappointed. :wub: I imagine the box set will be quite pricey but I think I'm going to buy it.

Very true. This project is to celebrate her 10 years in the biz and it isn't about the new material. Plus the box set seems to be a great buy for the fans even if it isn't "new" material. The US really doesn't get the physical copies of singles so it will be AWESOME to get all of Britney's + the music videos to date! There have been some great Britney videos since the last one her videos DVD came out. :wub:

This guy on digitalspy who is VERY reliable (he said 3 was the new single a week ago, he was right obviously) just said this

It IS the work of Max Martin. Twas stated in the press release. ;)

Today was definately worth the wait after Sony Music finally confirmed the news gimmeBRITNEY has been reporting on for weeks now – The Singles Collection and brand new single ‘3‘, which will hit radio sometime on Tuesday.

 

You guys are obviously really anxious to hear the new single, as are we – and also want all the information you can get on the forthcoming compilation. So here’s some stuff that we’ve managed to srape together for you.

 

The album will be released in Australia on Friday November 20th 2009, back a couple of weeks from what we originally reported on. There are 2 different versions of The Singles Collection. The first is the standard release that has a RBP of $29.95 – but usually retailers undersell this by a couple of dollars anyway.

 

The other version is the “treasure chest” that we also reported on a while back. It will contain all of her singles with original cover art, and come in a Britney box. More information on this is in the press release. The RBP is currently $149.95 for all her 29 singles, including the new song ‘3‘.

 

We will keep you updated on any changes to this.
