CHARITY GIG MAY REUNITE TAKE THAT

 

He snubbed their reunion :rolleyes: and got left out in the cold - but now Robbie Williams and Take That plan to relight their fire, on stage.

 

We can reveal that Gary Barlow has asked Robbie to perform his new single, Bodies, at next month's Children In Need charity extravaganza at London's Royal Albert Hall. And with Jason, Mark and Howard also lurking in the wings that night, surely they will all join for one little song? Robbie and Gary have been working together for months trying to concoct something special.

 

And they figured that a Children In Need fundraiser was a fantastic reason to finally reunite. Robbie tells us: "Yes something is definitely going to happen. Me and Gary have been hanging out a lot lately, talking things over.

 

"It's been absolutely amazing. I've always wanted to be in a band ever since we split."

 

Robbie, 35, had considered rejoining Take That on stage while they were on tour. But he feared it might look as if he was trying to jump on their bandwagon. So this one-night-only special is ideal.

Okay, so it’s only a one-off show with his former bandmates, but we’re pretty sure once they remember how much they love each other, everything will be happy days once again.

 

The band (plus mr Williams) are due to perform a special charity gig at the Royal Albert Hall, and Gary Barlow has reportedly invited Robbie to perform his new single Bodies at the Children In Need extravaganza.

 

However, if rumours are true, it looks as though there is a pretty strong chance that Robbie will join his former bandmates on stage for a good old sing-along, and Robbie himself even admitted; "Yes, something is definitely going to happen. Me and Gary have been hanging out a lot lately, talking over things."

He had also mentioned this in his Paris radio station interview that

is on his site. That was also a hilarious interview! He hasn't changed

Ideally what I would like is for both Rob and TT is say they will not be performing or collaborating in any way in the future but as that doesnt look likely this is prob the best thing to happen and get it out of the way. I just want to enjoy the upcoming months of promotion and the album release without all this endless crap. :rolleyes:

Fingers crossed indeed Norma. The fans of both TT and Rob who are excited about them collaborating are definatly in the minority, so in reality the only reason for them to do anything would be to get it out of the way. Whilst I can accept they are mates again and are prob excited about doing something, the fact of the matter is the vast majority of the fans of both acts DO NOT WANT IT TO HAPPEN :rolleyes:

Their 2006 albums has so far sold (not shipped) 2.6 million copies in the UK.., their 2008 album the Circus has sold (not shipped) 1.9 million copies so far (its not even out 52 weeks lol).. just want to say that they are th biggest selling british band since they have reunited in 2005.

Well, if this event is on next month and the alubm isnt out till November then logically it makes no sence. Perhaps he thinks that because Bodies is topping the airplay charts around Europe is enough :rolleyes: I wish Tim and David would just tell him to stick to being a solo artist and concentrate on pleasing his fans because frankly I am sick of this whole TT thing and as a fan I am not pleased by the prospect of anything with TT. Aside from Rule The World, I think their output since their comeback has been average at best and far too MOR for my taste, and I have never liked Gary's voice, find it almost as bland as Chris Martin's, so any sort of a duet would not make me happy, more likely to put me to sleep tbh. Although the British media would have you believe TT are out there giving U2 and Coldplay a run for their money as the biggest band in the world. Speaking of the supremly braindead British tabloids, there was an article in the Mirror the other day saying Rob wanted to move to Austalia to try and crack the market :rofl: They are so ignorant and naive, and have zero clue about anything on an international basis in the music industry unless it is the US. Rob is the biggest selling International star of the decade there, his last tour I believe still holds the record as the biggest ever in Australia with over half a million tickets sold. It never fails to make me laugh :lol:

And crack the market oh my how dumb are they. The last time Robbie was here he had to go from five concerts to nine because they sold out way too fast and thousands of people still wanted to see him.

 

I don't know about the record though, Pink has probably taken that away from him because she was here for four months touring with dozens of concerts. Had Robbie done more concerts though they surely would have sold out.

Here in Canada, we don't hear from them or about them ever! :lol: No one even knows who

they are here. They know who Robbie is though. If you mention Rock DJ they know exactly

As far as TT's fans are concerned, Robbie has his own huge fan base and hundreds of fans

will be going to the show to see only him. :wub:
