:nocheer: no tickets, all sold out

I was stuck in a queue for 45 minutes to get nothing at the end :drama:

Someone posted on the official forum site, considering the amount of fans,

putting Robbie in the roundhouse venue that only holds 3000 is like trying to put an elephant in a fiat

  so true!

IMPORTANT: Buying Electric Proms Tickets Second-Hand

23 Sep 2009

Tickets to Robbie's performance at BBC's Electric Proms sold out in a flash this morning and we are aware that many of you who did not manage to get tickets are very disappointed.

We strongly recommend that you do not purchase tickets from unofficial sources, by this we mean anyone selling tickets second-hand. Strict security measures will be in place on the night and you risk being disappointed further if you buy these tickets at an inflated price only to be refused entry.

There are no hard tickets for this show - entry will be with wristband only.

A maximum of two tickets is allowed per person.

Ticket-holders will be required to provide TWO forms of ID on the night:

1] the credit card that was used to purchase the tickets

2] a form of photo ID that matches the name and address pertaining to the booking.

Wristbands will be put on the purchaser and their guest at the box office of the Roundhouse. The guest must be in attendance with the purchaser at the same time. No wristband will be given out unattached.

It will not be possible for anyone to have these wristbands up front of the night, let alone have two wristbands.

Anyone with a wristband that appears to have been tampered with will be refused entry.

Once again, we understand your disappointment but please do not buy these tickets second-hand.

Phew! just aswell I decided against purchasing the ones on ebay for £1,495.00 ;)

I'm lucky in that a friend who has been a Robbie fan since the start managed to get tickets and asked me to go with her.

Yes they aren't bad.

And Coldplay are fantastic live :w00t:

I've got a Coldplay Live dvd I got as an Xmas present about 3 years ago. It's still in the cellophane. Perhaps I'll give it an airing :w00t:

I'm looking forward to seeing Robbie's new drummer Karl Brazil . He is absolutely top class !!!

He told me a couple of weeks ago that he is signed up with Robbie until the end of the year & has had to learn to play loads of his songs in a short space of time. Karl was Girls Alouds drummer last year on Children in Need .

This has been announced. Also Latvia apperently, so I am sure it is going to be all over Europe :cheer:

This is going to be so fantastic - seeing Rob give him first performance in 3 years on the big screen with a large audience singing along. I am one happy fan :cheer:

Saw the Berlin gig live onscreen in 2005 - was great atmosphere- especially as spotted Twinkle up there on big screen!!

Maybe they should do this at a few cinemas this time?

Is there a participating cinema within 50 miles of my house? Probably not. <_<
