In the long run its the sales that are more important. If it manages to stay in the top 20 for a decent number of weeks then it should hopefully make up for it missing the top 10 if that happens. I do think it still stands a strong chance of breaking the top 10 though, nothing higher than #8 probably but still top 10...

It's got a chance to climb the week after like Issues did as well. Also Pixie would have gone top 10 if it wasn't for the X Factor final.

Broken Heels is released the week after Ego so I can't see Ego climbing much higher the week after. I think OneRepublic, Justin Bieber and Jay-Z ft Mr Hudson are out that week as well.

 

Best we can hope for is Ego getting #1 in it's first week especially considering the lack of compitition and how well it's done on downloads already.

It won't get to #1. My post was regarding if it failed to reach top 10 in week of release it could climb the week after.

Falling to #17 on iTunes.

Ego is really suffering from Lack of promo. One decent TV performance of it would boost it no end

I find it hard to believe people are wanting to download I Gotta Feeling (released in July), Everybody in Love (released in early November), Empire State of Mind (released in October) and You've Got The Love (released in September) over Ego (brilliant song not even released yet)?!

That's all good and well, but that won't benefit the album very much if that happens, and it needs a real mega boost. :(

beacuse loads of people got ipods,iphones..ect wat ever involves downloading of itunes for christmas and downloadin all the big songs they never had and its stupid becuase ego deserves so much more..... :angry:

2. they are all still recieving alot of aiplay

3. most fo them are still having more promotion than ego, like TOTP new years show, jools holland - thats why florence is at number 2 on itunes :/

 

ego really does need some promo , its had barely any i know the girls are on a break but whats more importannt there reputation as a sucessfull girlband or there break :/

its annoys me tbff :/

lets just hope it makes top 10 :/

when ever the sturdays do a promo for a song its for forever is over and they should forget about forever is over and start promos on ego becuase if they dont ego might not even reach top ten even tho its such a great song

The only reason Flourence is at #2 on iTunes is because of the campign going on for it - "First #1 of 2010".
