Cheers 4 that Jules i thought it was close betweenTrue Blue & Brothers in Arms, i recon CLB will stay top 5 this week & pushing it week after looking at new releases But if continues like this she may even spend from now till New Yr in Top 10 & become one of the Top 10 album sellers of 2009 or am i been 2 over keen with taht prediction????

Sweet are theses figures for consecutive weeks in top 10????? True Blue did amazing even beating TIC which became her best seller so far.

No, most of the albums aren't consecutive runs. But true blue did have a straight run of 22 wks in the top 10.

Madonna will be out of the top 5 but still in top 10. Probably around 13-15k sales for this week. Lots of new releases this week, Alexandra Burke will be number 1 and Whitney should be 3 behind Michael Buble.

 

 

 

Like a Virgin took best part of a year to get to number 1. Very impressive run for True Blue, every song on it could've been a hit though so not surprising.

Huge droped for Madonna down from No 3 to No 12 butthere are alot of new releases this week BUT i recon she will crawl back to No10 by weekend as her sales always pick up at weekend fingers crossed. Guess just being biased eh????

Yeah she could climb.

Lets face it most of the top10 new entries are pre orders sales so lets see how the chart looks by Fri, i think the postions will switch around a bit. Look how the Saturdays started in top 5 on mondays sales then ended up No9 in final chart. I fink she will def pick sales by wkend and remain in the top 10 and def sell another 15- 20k at least. So many releases in a week is bound to have an effect on top 10, but look at Editors fall from No1 to No 10 eekk. Watch the charts and see her rise again :dance:
