October 2, 200915 yr I did the same on the way to work this morning  it's one of the few songs that I know every single word to! She should try and get a UK release because it would likely do an Esmee Denters if she could wrestle her way onto the Radio 1 playlist We're talking about Anna right? She's just got a UK deal :o :w00t: Bad news though - this... nVfrYHmEhKg ...is the lead single :( Original video concept at least (even if I'd prefer a bit more muscle and frankly age on the guys )

October 2, 200915 yr Well that's out on November 9... it's got a decent new remix at least. But I agree, ME is a million times better
October 2, 200915 yr :o That's AWESOME! :o That, my friend, is why it won! ^_^ YAY good to see some new love for it and it still being liked. The more people like it, the more angry I get at the "Music City Soul" era. :drama:
October 2, 200915 yr Author :o That's AWESOME! :o Hell f***ing yeah! Possibly the only time where a live performance would have out performed the studio. Song was underrated at the start, until it deservedly shot up the odds and then on results night took the lead pretty sharpish getting my 12 along the way and beating my entry by 15points [The Fear -Demo] Closest i have ever been to the victory and one song that i have absolutely no problem being beaten by. And of course it makes the top half of this chart :smoke: Automatic orgasmicness. WHAAAAT? how on earth did you miss Born To Try, Lost Without You, Innocent Eyes, Out Of The Blue and Almost Here :o all UK top ten hits  oh, and it was the first contest, hence the accident of sending the live version, for some bizarre reason, I didn't know that still image videos were allowed, I thought that you either had to send a live performance or a music video (which didn't exist at the time)...that live performance wasn't the best but I was naive :kink: the live 2009 tour live version on the other hand is E.P.I.C.I never really listened to the charts and i don't remember seeing them on the Music channels :( I think we all sent strange things in I, myself included. It was good enough to get my points, and i'm glad it did coz the studio is a real gem. My 2009 tour dvd is en-route. She should try and get a UK release because it would likely do an Esmee Denters if she could wrestle her way onto the Radio 1 playlist :kink: Me too  Music Everywhere is insanely catchy, i could see it being a club hit too. Especially seeing as Agnes was. We're talking about Anna right? The studio version is still amazing, but I'd rather listen to this in HQ (still don't have it ) Any song that was once worthy of a 12 over the song that became your favourite BJSC entry ever must be pretty awesome. I always forget you gave her the 12 and not Untouched. :o

Although i may have missed it due to mp3 listenin. :heehee: There are so many Sugababes songs and i send the most recent #1 :drama: I'd say 8-8.5/10, but that pales to Music Everywhere's 100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000/10

Then i asked Rich for an mp3 :kink: the rest they say is history [12 in semi, 12 in final and 300+plays later :heehee:] It was just so instant and amazing. Is she performin live in Scotland? depending on where it is i may go an see her. Not goin to Glasgow on my own likes
October 2, 200915 yr ha, I recall digging out the Music Week CD again so I could provide you with the MP3 of Smack Me :kink: just think, if only I hadn't randomly had a free 4 week subscription to Music Week last May, we would have never heard the song :drama: poor Delta, she's a bit Christina Milian in that way...she had loads of top ten hits but few people even recall that she exists  you could have sent your current entry to I Phil!

Delta would be #1 :o :drama: I heard Christina Milians stuff  I could have, but i should have sent Now You're Gone. Not sending my favourite track was a bit of a dip$h!t move likes.
October 2, 200915 yr interesting that your top two discoveries are from the old era by the way :o most of my favourite discoveries were from VII-onwards! oh dear, Delta's even less prolific in people's minds than Christina Milian...sad times :snif: just when I think I'm finally getting over my Delta obsessive looning, I got that DVD and suddenly memories of 2003-2007 all came flooding back and reminded me why she's my favourite singer of all time
October 2, 200915 yr Hell f***ing yeah! Possibly the only time where a live performance would have out performed the studio. That I disagree with. I take the "real" raw voice of a singer over any edited voice in a studio version anytime. That way, you can distinguish the real musicians from the Britney Spears', Rihanna's and Katy Perry's. :kink:

That I disagree with. I take the "real" raw voice of a singer over any edited voice in a studio version anytime. That way, you can distinguish the real musicians from the Britney Spears', Rihanna's and Katy Perry's. :kink: In the context of BJSC, a slick studio is more likely to do well than a live performance. There are some rare exceptions. But very rare. Black Butta, and possibly HITH being the only two. Both from the first era of BJSC. And Katy Perry is sensational live. I saw her at T in the Park and couldn't fault her. An my standards are Keisha Buchanan's flawless vocals.

October 2, 200915 yr Author I agree there, Katy gets far too much stick, she puts on an incredible performance and her vocals were just as good as on record when I saw her in Brighton in June... she's very lively on stage and her interaction with the crowd was pretty good. When i saw her it was her fist time in scotland, and she said she'd brought the Californian Sun with her :heehee: then dedicated Hot n Cold to the weathermen/women for sayin it'll p*** down. I thought she was about to cover f*** you as once she finished the dedication an why she yelled f*** you before launchin into Hot n Cold. And she had a huge inflatable Cherry Chapstick for IKAG :kink:
October 2, 200915 yr she had the same thing in Brighton (cherry chapstick thing) it was quite hilarious, there was a chav girl in the front row called Seisha or something who Katy got started calling Sea Shell, and saying how lovely it was that Sea Shell lived by the seaside :heehee: she was charmingly mocking but it was actually really funny, although the girl was getting more and more annoyed everytime Katy called her that

I wasn't expectin that much, so was very pleasantly surprised. Her cover of Don't Stop Me Now is sensational.

Black Butta, and possibly HITH being the only two. Both from the first era of BJSC. I already realized that. I meant in general. ;) I especially love acoustic versions of rock songs. <3 And Katy Perry is sensational live. I saw her at T in the Park and couldn't fault her. An my standards are Keisha Buchanan's flawless vocals. Maybe I saw the wrong videos on youtube. The ones I saw were all awful. :P Pink and Anastacia are the queens of singing live, IMO. Alanis Morissette is great, too. This is just amazing  : US9lGodPVs4
