Junk food eaten today: Jammie dodgers (half packet) :unsure: , branston pickle flavoured cheesy crackers, bit of flap Jack (someones birthday at work, it would be rude not to eat cakes).

 

 

Day 1 of my diet. I was doing quite well until about 8.30. Got a serious attack of the munchies. I gave in to temptation. Had a piece of dumpling. I suspect dumpling doesn't appear in my slimming club recipe book.... :(
