I bought this wee book at the slimming class. It details all the common meals at major restaurant chains. Omg the fat content! :o :o

Loads are listed. Wetherspoons, Burger King, Wimpy etc. Oh and Greggs the Bakers. :P

 

One burger type meal is basically a whole day's food allowance in some of them. Fat content is so high. :o

I'm safe, I've not visited any of them ones recently :P

I always laugh at the jokes even the ones I don't get :lol:

 

Not sitting in the front rows wouldn't of helped on this occasion as everyone was made to move nearer to the front by the comedian :cry:
