I'm on here via a friend's computer, more than 1000 miles from home.....won't be back on here till maybe Saturday night, depending how knackered I am when I get home, after driving the return trip home between Friday and Saturday.... :unsure:

Was visiting some friends in the US state of Pennsylvania....and the drive, from door to door, was like 1085 miles, one way.....and, it was actually cheaper for me to drive than fly, since it was short notice for the airlines.....went for a St. Patty's Day party.....had lamb stew....I forgot what a pain such a drive is solo..... :blink: :blink:

I love solo driving. No interruptions. You can put your music on really loud. :yahoo:

Although 1,000 miles without an overnight break is a bit much :blink:

I did stop for the night each direction.....I'm not THAT insane to drive for 18 hours by meself, in one shot.... :blink: :blink:

I've done some daft things in my day, but, driving 1100 miles one way by meself, straight through, without a break, is not one of them.....
