October 29, 200916 yr Is this 100% official? :o Alex was on 63k by Wednesday midweeks, so Cheryl has already quite overtaken her, while she was a lot behind Alex on Tuesday midweeks :o Shocking, she has sold on Tuesday what she had sold on the two previous combined (Sunday and Monday). Big LOL at the Alex fan who was already slagging Cheryl's low album sales compared to Alex ^_^ And after todays sales update, i just :rofl: at this. Yay for Cheryl!!! :yahoo: Lol, the point I was making is still valid (namely that Cheryl's single->album ratio is far lower than Alex's) - and I wasn't slagging off Cheryl's low album sales ;) Strong second day sales for Cheryl's album - that is surprising - half term effect? Or stock shortage? :o Or missing data from Tuesday mids? Coz the Wednesday sales (for the Thursday mids) were back to "normal levels".
October 29, 200916 yr Yeah I wonder if there was missing sales for Tuesday's mids as well. The Wednesday sales for all the Top 5 albums seemed too high a jump compared to usual. 77.3k for Cheryl's album, Alexandra did 78.9k in the same time frame. It's only 1.6k difference. Alexandra ended up doing 132k for her week, so surely Cheryl won't be that far behind that herself?
