I'm so glad she's releasing this.

I was wondering when she'd announce a 4th single, good choice! I had feeling it might be this, hopefully it will do well for her and get the album passed platinum in the US at least.

Found the Kiss 103.5 FM website, who did a taped interview before she performed for the Coca-Cola Lounge (she looked AMAZING by the way)...things she revealed:

 

- She'll be on the road until well into 2010, and the fifth album will be released in the fall!

- She said the album will be very different, so will it be happier (All I Ever Wanted) or darker (My December)?

- She would like to collaborate with American Idol alum Ruben Studdard.

- Miss Independent was originally meant for Christina Aguilera, as she co-wrote it. (I didn't know that. Silly Smile)

- Thankful was harder to get released than My December.

- She's "curious" to see how Ellen DeGeneres will handle the bad singers on Idol.

Hmm, i've been wondering for a while if they'd bother with a 4th single. I dont think theres anything left that needs to be a single though I think the album is strong enough for pretty everything to be a good enough single.

Confusion

Would have loved DLMSY to be the next single. But it would be weird if it was since it's not on the tour setlist.

 

Didn't expect another album so soon though so that's good news!

Well. People over on SIN still think this is the 4th single... they're acting like it is. But it'd be nice for some OFFICIAL confirmation at least. Also the reason it's not on her tour setlist is because it strains her vocals apparently :( I don't want her to release it if it's too hard for her to sing all the time, night after night :(
