The last week has been so much fun for me, I’ve been busy rehearsing for my show in Hackney on Monday! I’m so excited about it - my first live show and its all for the fans!

 

I want to put on such a great night for everyone, we’ve all been working so hard, the band, dancers, crew! I love being able to get creative and perform so this has been an incredible time for me!

Me too, and by the looks of it, she's going to be doing choreography, rather than just standing with a mike (which I adore, but I'm looking forward to seeing her do something different.) I reckon the picture is for her performance of 'Outta My Head' (which I seriously can't wait to hear her perform live!) :dance:

LEONA LEWIS, HACKNEY EMPIRE

 

ETHERAL like an enchanted fairy, Leona Lewis returned home to Hackney looking every inch the superstar.

 

Opening with the cinematic Brave, from upcoming second album Echo, white face-painted buff dancers surrounded Leona like a Geisha goddess.

 

It's been a two year wait for a full live show from the London lass.

 

"Thank you so much for coming out," she grinned. "The first time I performed here I was 13."

 

Well 11 years on, the goosebump-inducing effect was out in full throttle.

 

A hologram filled the stage as Leona belted out gorgeous new single Happy.

 

A mesmerising special effect to match effortless vocals.

 

Roars came for Bleeding Love, as Leona did a Bucks Fizz and whipped off her outfit backstage to return in a purple mini dress.

 

Dazzling I Got You, another belting newie, gave Leona the chance to pick up the pace.

 

But it was the GaGa-tastic Outta My Head, complete with slinky choreography, that proved what a pop sensation Leona has blossomed into.

 

The epic Run sent the crowd home diminishing thoughts of X Factor - more apt is triple X.
