Tbh there is a version spread out on Popjustice from quite a reliable source that the recent tweets were made to prevent one of nation papers of posting a big article about their splitting up.

 

He also said that when the newspaper rang Mutya to get some commentaries the only reply the reporter got was "Loooooooooool".

 

I don't know whether it is true or not but I can totally believe the second part.

Their not splitting up... I just think their labelless.

I doubt vey much we will get an album!!! I feel very disspointed as a fan, if there is a problem with the label then tell us and don't have us guessing on cryptic messages. The girls are losing respect and fans day by day now that is very sad

I doubt we'll get the album too and if we do, it won't be released this year.

They performed last night at the 1st birthday of The Shard.

 

They are perfectionists and subject to politics of a label. I trust that the music will arrive when the time is right. Which could unfortunately entail another few months wait.

 

A fan isn't disappointed by the long wait, they understand that this takes time and look forward to the end product. Having heard a load of the new material live, I can say with certainty that the wait is worth it.

I'm a massive fan, I saw them live 4 times last year travelling all over the country! never have i known an artist that performs material from an album that doesn't get a relase until 2 years later, we've heard thsese songs so many times and they seem like old songs now. I will continue to support the girls as they are extremely talented ladies but I can't help keep feeling deflated constanly by this never ending wait. All i can say is thank god for Eternal on the big reunion to keep me happy for now Lol

They've got a new management, started doing photoshoots, they are presumably booked for an acoustic performance in March and they are still doing gigs like The Yard the other night...things are moving. It's just a matter of time.

I think we'll get an album, one way or the other. It's supposedly sitting there, finished and waiting to get released.

 

How well promoted it'll be... we'll see. They're obviously stuck in record label politics hell currently.

Apparently they are performing in NME awards next week according to the Attitude magazine.

Where are they? I thought they'd have taken over the UK by now :(

Not even MKS can make that insipid turn listenable.

 

Keisha is trying to sing in that high register she does so well without any of her trademark power. Clearly someone told them to shhh and be backing vocalists. Not something the girls should ever be doing. It's like watching them try to mime.
