I'm not a big fan of Prodigy music but I must admit that "Invaders must die" is a masterpiece :D

For Peter Kay to be #1 on Sunday it will require to sell about 40,000 so far. So if it's bars are 4 or 5 time Jason Derulo's bars then it could do it.

It could well be singles #1, it only has to have sold around 9,000 or 10,000 to do that. If it hasn't that it can't be #1 this Sunday and it's position the following week would be in doubt. Looking forward eagerly to iTunes update with pop bars.

i think most people will download the whole EP so where it is on the itunes singles chart won't be a good indication.

I would love for Pencil Full of Lead to be top 10 now and #1 in 2010. What a chart run! It will probably sell more long-term than Happy! But I think Owl City's Fireflies will likely own #1 for several weeks in 2010.

"Pencil Full of Lead" is I think easily Paolo's best single. It's also much better than all of the top 10 bar Kesha and GaGa. I really hope it keeps climbing.

 

And the Peter Kay song is pure genius (well, the video anyway). I've bought it, but I suspect, like a lot of people for the video rather than the song (which on its own isn't that impressive). I think it could be one of very few songs ever for its bundle to sell more than the track individually.
