The way I see it is, yes I have a lot of negative things to say about the group at present. However, I always back up my statements with WHY I feel a certain way about something I don't like. I don't just say things to annoy people intentionally or to cause trouble. I'm respectful (I've never insulted anyone) and say what I believe. I've also praised the group on a few small things which seem to go unnoticed whenever someone tries to come at me.

 

Point is - it's our opinions that allow a discussion to take place. People aren't going to always agree and that's fine. When someone disagrees with something I've said, it's fine. That's their opinion and I respect that. Just as most do with mine. Some people need to start respecting people here and their right to an opinion.

 

And wow - #14 is awful and so are those sales (if true).

#14 - ouch. That's bad, especially considering C&S got to #8 with only one top ten and after three, this has only just passed 10k. Drop this era fast and move on, i say.

I just hope album 8 has a corker of a hit (eg.AYN,PTB) to win back some of the lost fans

In response to your comment Simon, I dont laugh at stupid things like Theo does. Theo only comes in this forum to hate whereas I have actually made many positive posts in here too. I just find it genuninly amusing that a band that used to have so much credibility has become a walking joke. I respect your opinions on the band even if I dont agree with them and should be allowed to express my own.

 

And you also say 4.0 loons "dont exist" it's just what pro-Keisha fans call 4.0 fans, if you actually look many 4.0 fans cannot express or take criticism to the band whereas Keisha "loons" are fully accepting of WHY she was removed and finds the hating from 4.0 fans laughable.

 

Tbh if I was a mod on this forum I'd want to stop down too with what it has become. Anyway I dont want any fighting between us Simon because we're the James+Chris of 08 init so no more hating.

I refuse to step down as we have a broad range of opinions amongst the mods, and i do enjoy moderating this forum. I ain't stepping down just because i'm not feeling a couple of the tracks on Sweet 7 [i recently bashed the f*** out of 4 tracks on Change FYI] or a couple of the bands recent performances.

 

Which for the record are: The backing track on Too Lost In You. [Nothing to do with Jade iirc i said she was good, the backing track i hate] and the new harmonies on Freak as well as the random first chorus adlibs.

 

 

I'm sorry i can't pretend everything's wonderful, made out of pink and rainbows and that pwetty bunnies and unicorns stroll around Sugaville. I'd far rather moderate a forum of differing views and debate/discussion than one full of demented loon ravings.

I totally agree and I would never defend that kind of fan who only accepts the good things and never ever critizices the artist, as if the Sugas, Britney or Madonna were God... I'm not one of those. But i'm not one of that """"""fans"""" either who seems to be happy with them floping, laughing, and who seem to be happy with every bad thing happening to them. Meh-ish. Back in the day (1.0-2.0) the Babes definatly held more credability than Girls Aloud. Things have changed now of course, mainly because of line-up changes in the Sugas and whatsherface being on the X-Factor and seemingly everything else aswell.

 

I like to pretend The Sats have credability. Frankie's on the Kids In Glass Houses album and Chipmunk likes them, does this count for anything :( ? :P
