Posted November 23, 200915 yr I have begun my 100 worst songs of 2009 countdown, where 10 in each part will be posted onto this thread. Your opinions are welcome: WORST 100 SONGS OF 2009 100. Fall Out Boy – American SweetHearts More EMO rubbish for desperate teenagers, by this excuse of a “band”. Same old, same old. 99. Take That – Up All Night Mid-tempo ballad from Housewife’s favourite boyband, that was played to death throughout the earlier part of 2009. Unispiring and totally dull. 98. Candy Rock – Candy Shop Four prostitutes women, with limited talent accompanied by a cheap song and an uber cheap video, with them parading round like an average night at the local brothel, trying to seduce two security guards. Is it me, or is every skank getting a recording contract now? See the video to this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yrxgNqABM_Q 97. Taylor Swift – Fifteen Dull guitar pop by a young girl, who at her age should be singing more joyus songs. I mean who cares about her constant bore-fests and whining? 96. Kelly Clarkson – I Do Not Hook Up What happened Kelly? You were this sweet Idol girl with these angsty rock songs and deep ballads, now you’re one of the many corporate clones clogging up the charts with this un-inspiring rubbish. 95. Blazin Squad – Let’s Start Again No thanks. You tried to come back in 2006 with the dodgy “All Night Long” which failed, then you inflict this pile of rubbish sounding more chavvier and talentless than ever. Not even the fans came out for this as it went to the dizzy heights of the 60s. 94. Vanessa Jenkins ft Bryn West – Islands In The Stream Two characters from “Gavin and Stacey” with an odious cover for charity of a country classic. 93. T2 ft Michelle – Come Over Remember that $h!te “Heartbreak” from late 2007? Well this was in the same vein. Ringtones for chavs which are blasted on public transport each day. 92. Robin S – Show Me Love Whats with the endless re-mixes of this song! It was fine enough with the one version in 1993, not annual remixes of it! Apparently there will be a 2010 version! Is it me or does Robin S REALLY need the money? 91. Leon Jackson – Stargazing The worst X-Factor winner till date (until either Lloyd or Danyl wins) releases another one-trick pony, dull swing number that sold probably around 100 copies. Thank God he isn’t around anymore. 90. The Soliders – Coming Home A group highlighting the awareness of troops based in Afghanistan and Iraq decide to release an odious saccharine-sweet ballad which is basically thinly disguised propaganda. Pass the sick-bucket :puke2: . Edited November 23, 200915 yr by Joinwithus

November 28, 200915 yr Author Here is the rest of the countdown - positions 89-80: 89.Beyonce – Diva What the hell! This sounds like a computer game from the 1980s with very pathetic lyrics. I mean since when was the meaning of diva – hustler? Pathetic. 88. Use Somebody – Ultrabeat 87. Next. 80. The Game – Camera Phone More de-meaning to women rap nonsense. Seriously, who buys this?

Taken By Trees - Sweet Child of Mine A total destruction of the Guns N Roses classic, turned into a dull guitar ballad. How dare they touch this? 77. Tinchy Stryder - Youre Not Alone A shameful cover of the Olive song in 1997 which sounds like a pirate radio mix with the rapping bits. Totally rubbish. 75. K.I.G. - Heads, Shoulders, Knees and Toes Mindless chav rap rubbish, put to a kids pop song. Thank God this was not the hit we all feared. 74. Green Day - Know Your Enemy A once good rock group, turned into a crusader of the anti-Bush regime now moaning even more. Politics has no place in the music industry and this inspirationless rubbish was the same old churned out crap from this group they have been recording since 2004. 72. Keri Hilson - Knock You Down Lifeless R and B track, with two rappers ruining it. Keri has so much potential. She is wasted on this song. 71. Kardinal Offshall ft Keri Hilson - Numbah 1 Tide is High See the above. 70. Danni Harmer - Free Kids TV actress wanting to become another Miley/Demi/Jonas Bro clone with a cheap and nasty kiddie rock song. Edited November 29, 200915 yr by Joinwithus

December 12, 200915 yr Author 69. Shontelle – Stuck to each other Bland and dull R and B rubbish with rent-a-rapper Akon. Goes nowhere and just completly banal. 68. Miley Cyrus – Hoedown Throwdown The first of the Cyrus family entries in this chart. Rubbish country-flavoured pop song aimed towards kids. Gosh when I was a kid we had the likes of Spice Girls, not this annoying Disney brat. Next. 67. McLean – Broken Awful! Crappy going nowhere coma-inducing R and B ballad. 66. Jonas Brothers – Paranoid What’s with these Disney kids raiding the charts? The Jonas Brothers are another waste of space annoying Disney kids act with a pile of crap song. Go away! 65. Pitbull – I know you want me Demeaning rap crap singing about sex and women by a bald headed bloke who if he wasn’t famous, would be causing fights at the local pub. 64. Chipmunk Ft Emeli Sande - Diamond Rings 2009 has been the year of local rappers invading the UK chart. Chipmunk is one of the offenders who we will see often in this chart inflicting mindless songs aimed towards chavs and impressionable teens. This one just takes the p*** about someone bragging about their wealth. 63. Kid British – Our House is Dadless Oh my God, you call this music! Considering this group have been nominated for awards, the jurors must be deaf and stupid! Avoid. 62. Krassimir Amarov – Illusion Bulgaria had a very long-winded selection process for Eurovision 2009 that lasted many months. This was the end product. Three minutes of screeching, shouting and wailing. Seven points was too many for this song. Us9DmtdDDgk 61. Sean Paul – So Fine Remember Sean Paul of songs such as “Get Busy”, “Baby Boy” and “Breathe” – well if you know them, this is the same vein. Boring dancehall rap rubbish. 60. T.I. – Remember Me? Er. Yes. This is just crap. Enough of this rubbish tainting the charts.

Kelly Clarkson – I Do Not Hook Up I enjoyed this Song but again She's done better. 66. Jonas Brothers – Paranoid Oh no, one of their/if not the best. :( Such a brilliant Song they wrote with Kathy Dennis. Really mature feel to it.
December 13, 200915 yr 78. Taken By Trees - Sweet Child of Mine A total destruction of the Guns N Roses classic, turned into a dull guitar ballad. How dare they touch this? More like a piano ballad methinks. :heehee: But anyway, this is probably one the worst tracks that charted in the Top 40 this year IMO. Edited December 13, 200915 yr by I Am FM11
December 26, 200915 yr Author 59. Mr Hudson ft Kayne West – Supernova. Another Kayne contribution with some over-hyped nobody with an enhanced voice and lacking a personality. Only a hit as “ft Kayne West” is an auto top 20. 58. Lady Soverign – So Human Rent-a-gob Lady S back with another do nothing chav rap song. 57. Paolo Nutini – Pencil full of lead A silly “Reet Petite” inspired number which makes no sense whatsoever. The only bonus of this is the slightly hilarious video where he is made of clay. 56. Taylor Swift – Teardrops on my guitar Another dreg-fest from Ms Swift. Liven up girl! 55. Airi L – When Love Takes Over Awful fake version of the Kelly Rowland and David Guetta hit which oddly enough charted! y2-EiFKQa0s 54. Akon – We Don’t Care Neither do I. Take your awful rap whining somewhere else. 53. Richard Hawley – Open Your Door Awful lifeless arty-farty crap used on a Haagen Daz advert. No thanks. 52. Millionaires – Rated Xmas Electro Christmas song which is a total pain to listen to by this little known act. y48yiF6N0Ek 51. Kid Cudi Vs Crookers - Day 'n' Nite Annoying ringtone crap which was a hit back in January. Seriously you need a high patience level to tolerate this. 50. Madonna ft Lil Wayne – Revolver (David Guetta remix) What an awful remix! It’s just noise. Madonna what were you thinking? No wonder you flopped.
