Too bad Lush Life and One Foot In are your least favorite tracks from One Touch. They're my fav's :P.

Also, Three is my least favorite Sugababe album and your fave. We quite have the opposite taste, even though we both love the Sugababes :P.

I find most of One Touch on the same level. I have no real least fave.

Three is godly :smoke:

nice Delta nod in that Three review :heehee: Ironic that Diane Warren also penned It's My Time for Jade...they say things go in circles :lol:

I can't not worship a Ballad that isn't NYG and not mention Believe Again.

Brilliant review and it is also my fave Sugababes era/album everything about it is :wub: which is quite weird as I only really became a fan at the start of 3.0.

Thanks!

The cover art is their best here, so edgy :wub:

I'm a 2.0 boy, Round Round changed my life. :wub:

I used to lovw Three but it is full of Filler: Maya, Buster,Conversation's Over, Sometimes(though Heid sounds great on it),Million Differant Ways. And other than Hole In The Head, Too Lost In You(which are frakin amazing songs), Whatever Makes You happy and Caught In A moment(Heidi makes this song) I don't really listen to it.

You did not just call Maya filler. :mellow:

Aww Hell No! Conversations Over as well! :o :mellow:

Get you iTunes open boy an make a new playlist.

Title it as follows: Utterlyorgasmiclyamazing Sugababes Tracks i must learn to worship.

Place Buster, Maya, Million Different Ways and Conversations Over in there.

Listen to the playlist on repeat until you see the error of your ways :smoke: :drink:

I will convert y'all yet.

Overloaded: The Singles Collection

08 || Good To Be Gone || 243plays || 10/10

11 || Easy || 345plays || 10/10

As with TIMW2.0 i'm only gonna go for the new tracks. Good To Be Gone is brilliant in every way shape and form. This should never have been cancelled. It's a complete and total tragedy, this really could have sold a f***ing boat load of Overloaded and of itself. I have had the most amazing ideas for videos for this track, alas it's not to be. I do adore the middle 8 and the 'another girl another red dress' line. I was a member of the babes official for this release, i had fully become a SugaLoon and i remember them putting a clip of GTBG on their Myspace and squeeing along with the rest of the forum gang. Sadly, during the Change Era the official forum change and we lost a lot of amazing posters. I have very fond memories from the phpBB days. The other new track is Easy. My favourite Sugababes single. Amelle's 'Hey Mr Postman' makes this song, and i'm so so so so glad i got to see this live. It's sen-f***ing-sational. My best mate adores this track as well. NYG, Easy and AYN were fo' sho' 3.0 at their very very very best.

Other

Walk This Way. A meh cover, raped live by GA redeemed to be utterly orgasmic on the Overloaded tour sansGA.

Highlights

Good To Be Gone and Easy. Why not, i love them both so much.

B-Sides

Shake It is amazing. 5minutes of epicness.

Video

If you have not seen the easy video, then you're missing out. I will post it for you to drool over. Spazzy robot dancing and PVC are the highlights.

Audio quality isn't brilliant a HQ version is on the babes official site.

Change Era

Ah, the yellow era.... :puke:

01 || About You Now || 83plays [Radio Rip 362 - My most played babes track] || 10/10

10 || 3 Spoons Of Suga || 152plays || 10/10

11 || Open The Door || 26plays || 3/10

12 || Undignified || 23plays || 4/10

Change [which the label really should have let them call 3 Spoons Of Suga] kicks off with the babes last #1 and biggest hit About You Now. Orgasmic in every way, the radio rip of AYN is my most played Sugababes track by 13 plays. It's currently winning the long running battle with NYG to be top dog and sit 2nd behind Heat on my all time list. Had i not switched PC's in 2006 there would be some older material higher up. This is the first album to have had all of it's plays on the one iTunes. Never Gonna Dance Again is amazing, but was originally recorded for TIMW so i count AR as Xenomania's last good thing. It should have been a single. Single 3 Denial is next, and is once more amazing. Another Orson co-write as with Easy/GTBG it's a slightly less whorey sound than easy and is a very funky easy listen. My Love Is Pink goes through phases. It started off as epic, but quickly fell to ew. It's currently considered vile and had it's last play on May 5th 2008. Should have stayed a TIMW reject. THANK GOD they stopped the Xenomania work after this. Ballad Change comes next, it's a lovely example of a Sugababes ballad. Back When has ropey as hell verses but a sensational chorus and gorgeous harmony. Surprise (Goodbye) is ear rape, and a shockingly awful Dr Luke production. A far cry from the epicness of AYN. It scores two for 'It's you thats cryin tears an i like the way it feels'. It hasn't been played since Dec 2008. Back Down's next and wow. Criminally underrated Back Down was a tour highlight. It's lush, sensational, orgasmic, amazing etc etc etc. Produced by Novel, it's amazing to hear the girls to Regge. SugaBallad spectacular Mended By You follows and it's just sensational. I have an mp3 of the unmastered version [Available on youtube] and it's spine tingling. August 23rd, Do you remember? My album track highlight and the last listenable song on the album is 3 Spoons Of Suga. Funky, upbeat, perky its pop perfection. How this was not a single i'll never know. This could have had a killer video. I love love love love love this song, and as i said earlier it should have been the album title like the babes and the fans on the official wanted. Open The Door follows and despite the lovely harmonies i just hate this track. Marginally better is final track Undignified. While i know that the lyrics are serious and quite touching, i just hate the track. I don't like the production and there is something about it i really can't stand. Change for me is an album of polar opposites. Utterly brilliant tracks with ear rape and unlistenable dire in-between.

Highlights

The Singles, Mended By You, 3 Spoons Of Suga, Never Gonna Dance Again and Back Down the rest can be avoided.

B-Sides

Rocks and In Recline are stunning from AYN [Despite In Recline leaking a year earlier as the B-side from cancelled GTBG]. I Can't Take It No More from Change is a fave of mine, and Hey There Delilah is quite nice off Denial

Videos

Nothing compares to Denial.

Agree about the Denial video, easily their best. but MLIP is amazing!!!! and as for Back Down, :puke2: it is officially my least favourite Sugababe song of all time.

Catfights And Spotlights Era

So, yeah 5months later....

01 || Girls || 12plays [single Version 140] || 7.5/10

02 || You On A Good Day || 67plays || 9.5/10

03 || No Can Do || 31plays || 8/10

04 || Hanging On A Star || 69plays || 10/10

05 || Side Chick || 42plays || 10/10

06 || Unbreakable Heart || 43plays || 10/10

07 || Sunday Rain || 41plays || 10/10

08 || Murder One/Every Heart Broken || 139plays || 10/10

09 || Beware || 121plays || 10/10

10 || Nothing's As Good As You || 21plays || 8/10

11 || Sound Of Goodbye || 32plays || 10/10

12 || Can We Call A Truce || 15plays || 3/10

Ok, so, Catfights and Spotlights is next under the, erm, spotlight. Hmmm, there was no pun intended there, honest! C&S is famed for giving us two of the worst singles ever released by the Sugababes and for the utterly bizarre decisions taken by the girls management and Island. I would say that this era is the top of the oh so slippery slope to Keisha-Gate.

First up is the lead single, Girls. Released a week early for some utterly moronic reason Girls is the worst and lowest charting of the babes lead singles since Overload. Whilst i am a fan of the track, finding it a major SugaGuilty Pleasure, it's not 4th single material never mind lead single. You On A Good Day is amazing, a track listing their mens flaws and then saying that's them on a good day, but that we love you anyway is sheer genius. No Can Do is something else which shouldn't have been a single despite it being rather good. There are some 10/10 orgasm moments in the track, and it has a lovely harmonic chorus but i can't helped but left felling like there is something missing. Major pure pop alert! Hanging On A Star is the albums only proper uptempo and it's a slice of pure pop epicness. Slightly cheesy it may be but all i want to do is dance like a total tard to this track. Side Chick is a bit more like some of the old school SugaRnB and its a f***ing stunning track, i love the faster delivery, Amelle's almost rap verse and the lyrics. Would have made a lovely 3rd single. Unbreakable Heart next and the first ballad of the album it's beautiful and amazing and incredible and nerve-tingling and just sheer perfection. One thing i have always loved about the Sugababes is their ballads and the ease with which they come out with utterly incredible ones. When news about the album started to trickle through, an advanced mini review from Attitude i think was posted in the babes official giving us some song titles. Sunday Rain was one of them and it was described as a big traditional Sugababes ballad and i predicted i would love it. I was wrong, I more than love it, i adore it! Sublime lyrics, mind-blowing harmonies and brilliant production all create a severely underrated ballad. I will never understand why Murder One was not the lead single, one of the managements single most retarded decisions. I have it down as Murder One on my iTunes as it's quite clearly a superior title to Every Heart Broken. Lyrically this is one of the Sugababes finest moments, hell this whole track is one of the best things the band have done. I introduced an American Exchange student living with me two years ago to the Sugababes using this album when it came out. It quickly became a very popular album in our flat with Murder One the undisputed highlight. We often had music on in the Living Room/Kitchen and when this appeared me and our dear dear dear American would stop whatever we were doing to sing Amelle's verse together. I could use mass Hyperbole to describe this track but i can't think of words worthy of this track, it's that good. If you don't have this, get it, if you don't like this then you're in the wrong forum. Hatred for this track is just unacceptable tbh. Tasked with following god's gift to music is the Amelle lead and penned Beware. Dark and haunting Beware is dominated by Amelle's husky tones and some amazing harmonies with a sublime Keisha heavy chorus. This track is evidence of why Amelle should be allowed to write solo more often. The album as a whole really showcases the girls writing talents, well, mainly Keisha's given that she wrote over half the album solo. Back on task, Beware is also a 10/10 moment. Sheer orgasmicness. After 6 epic's Nothing's As Good As You is a bit underwhelming. Nice enough lyrically, but the backing track is majorly meh in places. Amelle sounds sublime and horrific at various points of this track, but Keisha's verse is sheer epicness and gives this song a point or two lift. Thank god it's only 3mins. After Keisha was cruelly sacked on that dark dark dark day last September, i held it together rather well, until Sound Of Goodbye came on. The floodgates may have opened, and now every time i hear this song i get a little teary. This is generic SugaBallad and therefore redefines AMAZING, such a beautiful track that has taken a new meaning now Keisha's gone. I've always found Can We Call A Truce to be a little vile tbh. I'm not rating the bonus tracks, i cba.

Highlights

Sunday Rain, Murder One, Side Chick, Hanging On A Star and Sound Of Goodbye

B-Sides

What are they? Don't Look Back is good for some wicked harmonies. Spiralling is stunning.

Videos

Girls was filmed in a grotty basement on scaffolding and No Can Do features nearly naked men using their bodies to form furniture and cars. I think that sums it up well, they basically were $h!t save for Heidi standing with a petrol pump wondering which hole to use :kink:

Love your review for my favorite Suga album, C+S.

I also have ''Every Heart Broken'' as ''Murder One'' on my iPod.

Sweet 7 Era - R.I.P Sugababes Credibility 1998-2009

Sweet 7 - Keisha Promo

01 || Get Sexy || 94plays || 10/10

02 || About A Girl || 93plays [Radio rip 176] || 10/10

03 || Miss Everything || 68plays || 8.5/10

04 || Wear My Kiss || 75plays || 7.75/10

05 || Wait For You || 120plays || 10/10

06 || Thank You For The Heartbreak || 323plays || 10/10

Ok, so i'm splitting Sweet 7 up into the Keisha Promo Disc and the 4.0 thing.

First up, as above suggests is the Keisha Promo Disc. Starting us off is Keisha's last ever Sugababes single, Get Sexy. I adore Get Sexy so much. I first heard the minute long demo while i was in LAX [was so worth the $7 to get on the internet] as you can imagine, i downloaded it immediately, synced my iPod and then proceeded to spam listen to it for the remainder of my time in LAX and part of my flight home. I love the beat that kicks in with the chorus, and Amelle's middle 8. The Sugababes were back. Following on from Get Sexy is About A Girl, which made it's radio premier mere days before that dark day. Despite selling out to Red One, it's a pretty fabulous track even if the lyrics are completely random and full of $h!t. "I'll break your heart and then i'll mend it up." :| Must be 'American English'. Although Miss Everything contains that fat useless waste of a record contract Sean Kingston this is surprisingly brilliant. Minus two for SK however. The verses are genius, and i love love love Amelle's bridge and Keisha's outstanding verse. Hell, the Sugababes parts are all brilliance. Wear My Kiss is by far the weakest thing on this sampler, f*** only knows why they chose it as the 3rd and final single. Oh yeah, they have retarded management. It's beyond generic in a vaguely likeable way, the sample is a bit irritating and having loved this for a bit like a good loon i'm now rather over it. The utterly sublime and incredible Wait For You brings the tempo down a little at first then kapow! The bass hits you. This Keisha lead epic is quite clearly incredible with some stunning harmonies. Finally we have the life changing Thank You For The Heartbreak. This is my second favourite Sugababes track of all time. The bass, the lyrics, Keisha, Keisha, Amelle, those adlibs, that middle 8 and the orgasm inducing high note. This should have been the come back track, it'd still be at #1 now.

Highlights

EVERYTHING. Long live Queen Keisha.

B-Sides

None, the Management were too stingy to give us a b-side. Not even a f***ing live lounge cover. c**ts.

Videos

Get Sexy had a rather epic video *drools*

love thankyou for the heartbreak too, still listen to the capital session, K owns the performance :)

I love that performance as well :wub:

I love how she just casually unhooks the microphone and belts out that high note
