December 6, 200915 yr Author Good read ^_^ I'm a bit gutted over KoL's album dropping out, I'd have hoped it'd stay top 40 for at least 75 weeks =( And it dropped out on the very day that it will have clocked up one million sales for the year.
December 7, 200915 yr Good read, I don't see many Christmas tracks appearing inside the top 40 this year, maybe a couple Christmas week from the usual suspects, Wham, Slade & Wizzard along with Mariah & Carey, they seem to be dying down from entering the top 40, they seem to have a shorter life span. Let's hope PSB will have the highest Christmas track entry next week.

Logically you'd expect their sales to decline and, with higher overall sales, they are bound to peak lower this year. Sadly that means the Pogues will probably miss out on a fifth successive year in the top 10.
