Does anyone know what song has been the quickest from being added to itunes to making it to #1 and how long it took? Just wondering out of curiosity

Does anyone know what song has been the quickest from being added to itunes to making it to #1 and how long it took? Just wondering out of curiosity

 

In the UK it must be Cheryl. Didn't she take like 15 mins to make it to the top?

Surely it was Leona or even Alexandra last year in the UK? :P

Alexandra took ages despite have record online sales(at the time). Wasn't until like 8am if I recall correctly.

UGH at Rage Against The Machine, lol, impressive though.

 

Because iTunes is known to freeze from time to time, it's impossible to definitively say which artist got to the top in the quickest time.

 

 

Knew 3oh!3 would do well, its exactly the type of song that would.

I'd rather 3OH!3/Katy get #01 over Joe and Rage, at least it'd be getting there just for being an amazing song. It's the highest entry without X Factor exposure as well, glad it's doing so well.
It is so nice to see Rage Against The Machine at #1! Never thought people would actually bother to download them!
