what about 1984 #1 Do They Know It's Christmas? #2 Last Christmas - that was a Xmas chart!

I wasnt born then to remember it but i see your point yes.

Wow, RATM would be walking it if it wasnt for xfactor.

RATM wouldn't even be re-released if it wasn't for the XF

It's not offcially been re-released but I see your point.

And 'Killing In The Name' reached #25 in the UK. It hasn't gotten any better either.

but it is only doing better cus people are sick of an x factor monopoly, so you can blame the x factor again for the RATM hype making it sell. sad times

:o.O.:o WTF? The chart is totally different than yesterday? Where is Britney? Who is Joe? RATM #2 on iTunes I can believe? 3OH!3 #14 :o :o

I have just woke up in the thought that the British public would finally see sense and would have not bought that f***ing awful Joe 'Jaws' McElderry song but I guess I was wrong.

Hopefully RATM will begin to plummet now it has no hope of number 1 and not ruin the Christmas chart any further.

A Lady Gaga Christmas number one would have been amazing instead we get a f***ing awful Disney cover.

If they had some sense, they would see their campaign is gonna fail now and they would stop wasting their money on it, why not give it to charity instead of sending more money to Sony?

Joe's cover has grown on me a lot already, I love the way he sings it

They have raised alot for the Shelter charity so far and RATM are going to donate all their profits from the song to the charity aswell. Of course Sony won't do the same.

lady gaga being xmas #1 would have been just as bad.

Please at least it would have been something original than 5 years in a row of tripe.

Well Shayne Ward's That My Goal wasn't a cover ;)

Well Shayne Ward's That My Goal wasn't a cover

I'm pretty sure Westlife had recorded it at some point.

One original out of six years it is hardly something to shout about.
