Can we have an additional chart mod. Been three times in last week when mods not available.

Last week with sales figures. Recently with links on iTunes thread and today with adding a poll.

 

I suggest Britster, she is amazing contributor to iTunes and other chart info, level headed and online a lot - especially late at night when coverage is thin.

I'm sure GM's and Admins can always help if a chart mod is not about.

Been over 3 hours and still no one has added a poll despite repeated requests.

 

 

see instead of people asking in the thread, they could always PM any chart mod or GM online, would get it done faster, chart chat has a very high post count, its inpossible to check everything.

Yeah or as pm's are limited to one person start a thread here where multiple mods can see it. In fact I've done both, but it's still not sorted. :lol:

thats why you look at the active users list, PM's are much more direct, starting a new thread just looks messy for the forum.

I second this. She's not only amazing in the iTunes threads (All iTunes threads, posting Pop Bars, updates etc...) she also posts the Hot100 and the HDD (?) Album Top 200 from the US. Not trying to tell anyone to do their job or anything, but Britster does do alot for the forums that a Chart Mod needs to mod ^_^

No, I didn't Pm. He is busy and also Mikey is not so good with polls. :P

thisispop was posting his songs of the decade chart so he was online.

 

Oh well doesn't matter now as it's all sorted.

I'm sorry, in the last couple of days we, chart mods only get slagged. I can't enter the Chart Chat forum, without being in the middle of a fight or argument either in the iTunes thread or in the midweeks thread. I don't even have the mood to come to BJ because of that, and after all that, I have to read several times, that "some don't blame the members because they're fighting, but the mods who let them fight" :cry:

 

I don't care of people criticise our work, but to never say thank you it's annoying. It's like it's natural what we do. :cry:

 

We will discuss with the others whether we need another chart mod and who we want to be, but all suggestions are welcomed!

Ben you do a fine job. Indeed if you where around earlier I'm sure you would of sorted it.

 

I just think with all the busy posting of the forum that a helping hand would be useful - like an elf for Santa ;) . Even if temporary.
