I was meaning where it was -6C....making said dash outside........

Rather treacherous underfoot today, pavements were like glass. People were struggling in the main shopping area here today. <_<

Freezin here as well....did I mention I hate snow :angry:

Put on several layers of light clothes, they trap the heat in between.....heavy jumpers are a waste of time....... <_<

 

I'm just so fed up of snow snow snow. Every bloomin day. And when it does stop snowing and the skies clear the temperature plummets. I can't remember such a prolonged wintry spell of weather.

 

It must be this global warming thingy. :P

 

 

Although anyone see that film The Day After Tomorrow? :unsure:

Got nothing here for Christmas.....unless you count that award I won elsewhere.....even then, I don't know what it mat be, because I think I'm to choose 1 of 6 different coloured keys.....each key has a different prize 'package' associated with it, which is not made public yet.....what prize each key represents won't be known until everyone has chosen, who were winners....

I got a new mobile phone for Christmas :wub: it's lovely, does everything, music, internet, etc etc

It rang today :wacko: and I didn't have a clue which button to press to answer it!

 

I also got some cd's and music dvds, oh and a comedy one that I have just watched, Russell Brand, Scandalous

I never used to like this guy in the past much tbh, I'm sure my sense of humour has changed, it was so

funny :lol:

I am happy with the phone I have had for nearly 10 years. It hasn't broken, so it stays. I don't see the need for internet/music on a mobile? I only have a mobile for emergencies and to ask if anything is needed on the way home. :lol:

 

My brother has had about 5 or 6 different phones in the same time period. He is clumsy. :lol:

Bah. Back at work tomorrow. :(

 

And it's still freezing. :arrr: By the way, the TV weather forecasts for this area are beyond ridiculous. Some dozy mare is telling me my temperature outside will be around 3 degrees when in actual fact it's around -6 :blink:

 

And I think they forecast all my recent snow falls as 'rain' or at best 'sleet' :lol:
