I bought this chicken dinner thing from M&S. It's supposed to be high in protein so you feel full up for longer and don't feel like gutsing rubbish. I had it tonight. Rich ha I wish. Gym/PT is direct debit from my bank account once a fortnight so I can pay it pretty easily. Unfortunately I don't got a lot of spending money left afterwards though.

Snow thawed a bit here today, though it was becoming icy this evening. We'll see what tomorrow brings. Think the relatives in the North East has 8 inches of snow with another 6 to come. :o

It's a brisk northwest wind here, partly sunny skies, and about 9C at present.....will be getting down to about 0C again tonight in these parts....about 60 miles to the north, it'll be getting down to about -8C again, like it has the past few nights....
