The RATM campaign had almost a million members. Yet it only sold just over 500,000 and there seemed to be a hell of a lot of people who bought the track twice, the amount of members who actually downloaded it was about 1/3.

 

Surely if you are going on statistics etc, the GA campagin would need 44k members. I'm sure many hardcore GA fans will buy it far more than once. Also, there will be people who haven't signed up to the campaign who will buy it due to the recognition and people interested in the charts (Buzzjack for e.g) will notice it rise up iTunes and consider buying it. This migt be very optimistic but it's possible. I guess we'll just have to see.

Iyaz is gaining on Sidney, it looks like Iyaz will be #1 after all.

 

Sidney could stay #1 based on having so many versions, but who knows? It's a brill top 2 anyway, and probably high sales for both too.

I'm hearing that Justin Beiber song for the first time and I can understand why it's so hated. :puke: Foul doesn't begin to describe it.

I knew Iyaz would climb to #1 on itunes but if you had all the versions together Sidney is still #1. Iyaz hasn't got a physical out has he? If thats the case may be the physical may make the difference this week?

Tbh I fully expected Iyaz to be #1. Then I got my hopes up when Sidney, the better track, went to #1, so I'm now disappointed that Iyaz is #1. If Sidney never made it, that disappointment would not be there :lol: It's not as if I dislike Replay, it is a very good song and all but Riverside is better.

Sidney is #1 on the Big Top 40 anyway.

YES! So happy, hate that Riverside now i've heard it a couple of times.

Love Replay, hopefully will get number 1 in the officials but doubt it due to remixes entering and counting. Will be close though.

Riverside is out on physical too so that will probably push it to number one but as I said the fact they don't have the original version available doesn't help.

I suppose if it has to be one then would prefer Replay to be No 1.Broken Heels is not out until the 11th it will do alright.
