an update on my award:

 

My home address has been going from one person to another, no idea who these people are but I guess they're big at Virgin Records :rolleyes:

 

2 days ago I was CC'd into the email which consisted of a conversation between Mr Street and another mister. Mr Street gave my address to that man and apparently the prize is on its way

 

 

In one of the replies that was in this email there were also these words:

 

Size 40 X 40cm - Price £87.50

 

 

the price of what? :w00t:

 

oh and also one of them asked the other: Could we perhaps include the CD?

 

What CD? :w00t:

 

 

 

[if one of the misters from the email are reading this post- I'm sorry I'm revealing the words from your/our chat :blush: People want to know what's going on :smoke: I wouldn't do it if I had been awarded my plaque on time :smoke: ]

more than two weeks have gone by since the e-mail mentioned in the previous post.

 

My female intuition tells me they're not doing anything about the prize and my nosy personality made me e-mail Mr Street again to ask if it's been sent already.. because if it was sent about 17 days ago, it could have been in my hands already... or perhaps there's a problem with our post...

 

 

Surprise surprise! --> After trying 2 times to send the e-mail, I received 2 notifications in my inbox that it could not be delivered. A notification I usually get when there's a problem with the e-mail address of the person I'm sending it to. :)

 

 

You all probably don't care about this at all. I just need a place to rant about it :arrr:

This is seriously ridiculous. Is it just this person from the OS you have contacted? What about IE Music? Perhaps emailing or phoning them will move things along quicker. Anyone associated with the OS seem to be totally incompetent so maybe try a different approach? Is there even a number to call to contact the OS Management? Have any of the mods on the OS contacted the Admin on your behalf?

THE DISC WAS DELIVERED TODAY!

 

 

 

I will post pics of it later. Right now I'm busy looking at it :lol: Though pics were taken approx. 5mins after I opened the package just to be sure that I have the pics and don't have to wait while I charge the batteries of my camera :P

It's lovely :wub: Though they could have used a better picture as this one seems a bit Low Quality :rofl: but it doesn't matter... What's important is that I have it on my desk after 10-11 months :cheer: :wacko:

 

Also the disc is not platinum :rofl: It's the regular disc you can buy in any store :rofl:

 

But I have some words of wisdom from Robbie handwritten on the photo that is the cover of RKTVS album :rofl: :D
