All they're waiting for is Robbie and a crayon with which he'll write the 5 letters of my name. And I have to wait 5 months just for that......

Why don't you start a complaint thread on the Official Forum? Isn't Robbie supposed to read that? That would give some bad publicity they might be keen to avoid.
