Nokia is giving the vouchers when you buy a Nokia Comes with Music phone I should think. Nokia gives you the £4 so people who have the phones start using Nokia Ovi instead of other places. The vouchers were never meant to be used in the manner they are with anybody getting the codes but that is their own fault for not having vouchers with different codes and not making them redeemable only once.

I used second, and it's worked. We need only 5 k people to use this, and it's enough to get untouchable into the top 10.

What saddens me is that this is doing better than the Afterlife campaign. That campaign is on memory of someone who died, this one is to keep their top 10 run going. Which one is the better cause? The one that is losing badly. Really sad.

Neither are a good "cause"... a good cause is donating to the Haiti appeal, the RSPCA ect...

It is sad that he died, but not that the campaign failed. As in the scheme of things the campaign was pointless - it wasn't going to bring him back.

What. The. f***. Ever.

On another note though, Untouchable failed just as badly anyway

Agreed.

Very dispaointing but on a positoive note it will add more sales to it and its probably sold about 100,000 in total now.

Add sales? What, about 250 copies?

From the Jan 18th sales thread:

139 Cheryl Cole [Parachute] 2052

If #139 is that, #152 should be well above 250 units.

Perhaps 110,000 by now, though I've not kept track for a while.

It's so funny how fans can turn the whole thing up depending on the success... Now it's "well, at least it will add some sales", "at least it charted", etc, etc... When the ONE AND ONLY aim of this campaign was to get the song into the Top 10, not to add some sales to their total or whatever you'll say now to make it look better...

Maybe 1,5k sales this week or so... Considering many of you would have donwloaded more than one copie (and even more than 2 or 3, I bet to say)... And considering the never ending tricks, vouchers, the Nokia thing, etc... Why on earth nearly 10,000 people joined the group in Facebook when probably only 500 people or even less have really done it???

I'm sorry... but even "Stop to the top" got Stop by the SG back to #78 in 2007! Without FB campaigns, media coverage, celebrities involved... just a few dendeners...

I'm sorry, but this serves you right, loons.

Stop to the Top was lucky to coincide with the week the Spice Girls happened to reunite, lol. A lot of their singles entered iTunes in that week and Stop had sales from both the campaign and the fact they were back together and Stop was played. It did have a Facebook page.
