Someone on DS posted that they are almost certain that the Britain's Got Talent final will be on June 5th, which is very good news, as I was worried that it may clash with Eurovision. I watch both shows, and if they clashed, I would watch ESC, but if the BGT final peaked at just under 20million viewers last year or something, ESC wouldn't do great in the ratings

They are revamping it, but like, the lyrics are going to stay the same. It will probably be like the melody/arrangement (sorry, dunno much about music when it comes to technical details) that will change. We don't know yet when we'll get to hear the new version, maybe not until the Eurovision album is released, which I think is 3rd May in the UK.

Ohh sounds interesting, to be honest he has a dead good voice listen to him singing cry me a river its on youtube, he sounds like michael buble tbff (:
I like the opening few seconds but its downhill for me after that, im looking forward to hearing the revamped version as in some ways the song has some potential, but i still cant see it doing great at eurovision.
I've never heard of him before, but ESCToday is reporting that the UK's 1966 representative - Kenneth McKellar - has died at the age of 82 :(

Video interview with Josh can be found here

He likes the Spanish entry [ ] and the Danish [ :D ]. He also hopes Hera can manage to make it to Oslo.

The stage performance looks good, and Josh says it is, but I also trusted him when he said the song was really good before YCNY, and look how that turned out

Anyone remember who this is? :P

Alexis? I knew he was headed for porn :kink:
Oh, and I know everyone is getting impatient waiting for the new version, but we should be glad we have what we have, as Peter pointed out on DS - if Esma had won, not only would we not have the "new" version, we wouldn't have a full version either :kink:
Wow, that sounds really different :o Not amazing, but better, and I think I can finally start charting this in my personal chart

It sounds even more of a dated cheesefest than before  it's gone from Butlins to Pontins :drama: Plodding retro cheese that sounds like a rejected Scooch b-side. And why's it so slow as well? Not exactly the reworking I was hoping for, Pete Waterman never fails to disappoint :(

I can't see how this will possibly come above bottom three in ESC...Roll on 2011 for a decent UK entry (hopefully) :w00t:

I like it as much as the terrible live old version, i.e. don't like it. :(

LMAO. Oh. :( Josh has a really good voice, but the song is dire.

I think it's fair to say that anyone placing money on the UK to win would be seriously delusional at this point  Ranks right down there with our other 7 or 8 terrible entries from the last decade

Please next year pass the right to choose the song from the BBC to me, I'll choose something good :P

THIS

GaGa doesn't even need to perform it herself, she just needs to spend a day with RedOne and write an amazing song for the UK. It may even be able to beat the score that "Fairytale" got
