You're hired :cheer: Here are the first 5 songs I'm releasing;

Lena Meyer-Landrut - Satellite

Beautiful Small Machines - Robots In Love

Margaret Berger - Will You Remember Me Tomorrow?

Anna Abreu - Music Everywhere

Luciana & Friends - I Like That

all are destined for the UK top ten!

I suggest Jessica Mauboy and Natalie Bassingthwaighte to be signed.

Launching with Burn and Someday Soon.

Oh and Red Blooded Women for Colour Me Dirty.

I recommend 'If A Song Can Get Me You' by Marit Larson. Such a lovely song that deserves the success it received in Germany, Austria and Switzerland - only in other countries. :D Same with 'Jungle Drum'.

Can't forget And I Will Love You Monday

The new release schedule will be a lot more busier this time of year with Rich's record company around. I can think of at least five songs from MGP, six from MF & ten from ESC that all require a release. Trouble is, they also all require the #1 spot :kink:

You just have to open your own record label Rich. You'll be more popular than <insert the name of the current most famous and massive label>. How you always guess everything about the chart positions (I suppose it's why you don't participate in any of predicta games in UK chart forum, it's too boring to win every week :kink: ).

Universal Music Group?

Can I be the head of Neon Cloud Records Asia? I think we should sign this girl:

Also when is Timoteij - Run coming out? :)

Yes, you're all hired :heehee:

In other news, I've ordered Lena's album from Amazon Germany! Should be here by this time next week, can't wait to hear it :w00t:

Arigato :kink: Do you like that song btw? I always thought it would be fun to have an ESC song in Japanese...

Great, I hope there will be a patented gooddelta review after :kink:

It's ok, sounds like it samples Scatman

hmm, we'll see, I only usually review albums that are amazing which I think people MUST hear or awful which I think people must stay away from :heehee:

I am willing to bet a lot of money that Lena's album will fit that description

I wouldn't bet too much money on it. It's a tradition for me that I usually don't love the albums of acts that I adore singles by, whilst my album chart tends to be topped by acts that don't top my singles chart (i.e. Anna Bergendahl/Boyzone to name just the last two). Keep On Walking was easily my favourite MF song this year but no way is his album better than either Timoteij or Anna's albums.

I'm hoping I'll love Lena's album of course though!

Listening to her album. Off to a good start (well obviously, "Satellite" is track 1), but the first new track "My Cassette Player", is amazing too :o

Just noticed your signature bigzarafan...

So I take it we won't be seeing you around in this forum much next year ;)

If I gave up on Eurovision every time a favourite of mine failed, I'd have long stopped following it. The last such major casualty being Hero in 2008 :( And I've lost count at how many of my favourites have fallen out at the semi final stage (usually all of Switzerland's entries :drama:). I remain optimistic for Satellite, but I can see it coming honestly anywhere between 1st and about 15th - ridiculously hard one to call, and I'm prepared for the worst. At least it can't go out in a semi :magic:

"Satellite" will come top 5, just you all wait and see ^_^

Oh, and I've just noticed that track 3 of Lena's album is co-written by one Elena Jane Goulding.

Ellie Goulding for UK Eurovision 2011 please

I've ordered Lena's album but I wish I had German iTunes as there's a couple of bonus tracks including her cover of Paolo Nutini's New Shoes which I'd be quite keen to hear! Lena co-wrote five of the songs, and Stefan Raab co-wrote six of them so he's had a massive influence, and you can definitely hear it in the sound of the album in my opinion!

Wasn't there rumours of Florence Welch writing something for the final, or was that for Jennifer Braun?

I did hear that at some point, but I don't really know

As for "Not Following", it seems that Ellie's demo of it has been available for some time - there I was thinking she'd written it especially for Lena, and that she had some interest in Eurovision :(

This is where I hope a not-too-successful but still quite well known singer/band is willing to take part - Girls Can't Catch, for example. Not exactly setting the charts on fire, but still known.

My 21000th play on last.fm went to that, let's say, *disappointing* 'My Casette Player' song :drama: :nocheer:
This bitch has so many listens on last.fm already (300k)! Rybak has only 4 times more and that's one year after Eurovision. Lena will smash Eurovision to pieces! <3
