I could tell by your sig that you were a massive Gorillaz fan. 'Stylo' isn't that bad actually although I've not really heard that much. I think I need to hear it more often to make a proper judgement. It has a very strong 80s Art Of Noise style sound about this track.

2 (2) Glee Cast – Don’t Stop Believin’ // 3-2-2-2 (4 wks)

As much as I like Glee's version of this song, I'm slowly getting more and more bored of hearing this song. Obviously it's not Glee's fault. Joe McElderry and then the Journey onslaught didn't exactly help. Another that's getting boring is 'Empire State Of Mind' which two alternative versions charting just a couple of months apart.

3 (19) Timbaland feat Katy Perry – If We Ever Meet Again // 19-3 (2 wks)

Now this I really like!!! :lol: When I first heard this, I couldn't help but find the track extremely camp, especially the chorus. Not that it's a bad thing. I think this is a brilliant pop track and deserves to be a monster hit. A shame this won't be UK no. 1 because Helping Haiti will no doubt be hogging the UK no. 1 spot for the next few weeks.

4 (5) Alicia Keys - Empire State Of Mind (Part II) // 12-9-7-5-4 (5 wks)

Oh, here's that song. Yes, it's good but I've already had the Jay Z version suffer overkill. This doesn't help even though it's a great song - it just gets so boring to keep hearing after a certain amount of time. For me, it's currently all about 'Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart'. ^_^

Ooh, bit of a drop there. I ended up charting this early becoming my Xmas no. 1 for 2009 (how festive!!! :lol: ) but managed to stay at no. 1 for me for five weeks. Still in my top 10 and not looking set to plummet anytime soon.

Most posters probably expected 'Hollywood' to be no. 1 in my chart this weekend. However, I'm liking Keri Hilson's new track that little bit more so 'I Like' ended up keeping Marina off the no. 1 spot for me.

I could tell by your sig that you were a massive Gorillaz fan. 'Stylo' isn't that bad actually although I've not really heard that much. I think I need to hear it more often to make a proper judgement. It has a very strong 80s Art Of Noise style sound about this track.

2 (2) Glee Cast – Don’t Stop Believin’ // 3-2-2-2 (4 wks)

As much as I like Glee's version of this song, I'm slowly getting more and more bored of hearing this song. Obviously it's not Glee's fault. Joe McElderry and then the Journey onslaught didn't exactly help. Another that's getting boring is 'Empire State Of Mind' which two alternative versions charting just a couple of months apart.

3 (19) Timbaland feat Katy Perry – If We Ever Meet Again // 19-3 (2 wks)

Now this I really like!!! :lol: When I first heard this, I couldn't help but find the track extremely camp, especially the chorus. Not that it's a bad thing. I think this is a brilliant pop track and deserves to be a monster hit. A shame this won't be UK no. 1 because Helping Haiti will no doubt be hogging the UK no. 1 spot for the next few weeks.

4 (5) Alicia Keys - Empire State Of Mind (Part II) // 12-9-7-5-4 (5 wks)

Oh, here's that song. Yes, it's good but I've already had the Jay Z version suffer overkill. This doesn't help even though it's a great song - it just gets so boring to keep hearing after a certain amount of time. For me, it's currently all about 'Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart'. ^_^

5 (1) Owl City – Fireflies // 8-2-1-1-1-5 (6 wks)

Ooh, bit of a drop there. I ended up charting this early becoming my Xmas no. 1 for 2009 (how festive!!! :lol: ) but managed to stay at no. 1 for me for five weeks. Still in my top 10 and not looking set to plummet anytime soon.

6 (9) Marina & The Diamonds – Hollywood // 17-14-6-5-9-6 (6 wks)

Most posters probably expected 'Hollywood' to be no. 1 in my chart this weekend. However, I'm liking Keri Hilson's new track that little bit more so 'I Like' ended up keeping Marina off the no. 1 spot for me.

Wan't exactly the biggest of hits for me peaking at #23 before dropping down. Their biggest single remains 'A-Punk' which reached no. 6 in my chart back in early 2008.

I do hope Stylo grows on you, it took a while for me and I am a huge Gorillaz fan. I hope you like Air and the Coldplay rework when you have a listen - neither are the artists best songs (though ....Footfall is jolly good) they are more than worthy of entering my chart.

:lol: at how late I am with Florence - I do know DDAO was about ages agobut only heard it last summer! And bummer at losing your charts - I would be well annoyed if I lost mine :(
