1 Design one cover (Single or Album) per week, you have the option to change your cover as many times as you want as long it meets the closing deadline. And please edit your original cover.

 

2 The Cover Design should always be your own creation, and no one else's. All forms of cheating will result in removal from the Leaderboard.

 

3 New members are welcome to join anytime and any member of Buzzjack can vote not just the cover designers, in the voting thread once set up at the end of the week. You cannot vote for your own covers. And don't forget its a cover competition, you are voting for a cover not your favourite artist or for your favourite member.

 

4 A winner will be announced every four months and the Leaderboard will then be set back to zero.

 

5 The Cover Voting Thread will be posted after all covers are submitted, I will give an extension if needed at my own discretion. The voting thread will close on every Sunday at 0:01am (UK time), the winning cover will be revealed after the votes have been counted.

 

6 Any votes submitted after 8pm will not be counted, same goes for PM votes.

 

7 I will send one and only one reminder each Friday evening/Saturday Morning to Cover Designers that have not submitted votes during the voting period.

 

8 If you are not playing any more, please let me know if you wish your name to be removed from the Leaderboard.

 

9 Please let me know your change of Display Name, sometimes its hard to keep track of who's who.

Deadlines have changed. Please Submit your covers by MIDNIGHT THURSDAY NIGHT UK TIME

 

Voting will open after that but will close at MIDNIGHT ON SATURDAY NIGHT UK TIME

 

New game will be open after that.

 

From then the cover submitting thread will be open until midnight the following Sunday, therefore I will simultaneously open the voting thread and new game on Monday morning. The voting will close Tuesday Midnight and everything will be back to normal.

 

I will reiterate what i've just said for each thread when needed.

 

The reason for this is I am going away on Sunday until the Sunday after.

Deadline for this thread is now back to what it was previously but voting will still open Midnight Thursday. Any covers posted after the voting thread is opened will be edited into the voting by either me or Mickey. Sorry for any confusion.
