February 14, 201015 yr Was fever released in the UK in the end and if so doesn anyone know what its peak position was?
February 14, 201015 yr You do realise 'Just Dance' was around for about a year before it's official release. There's threads on THIS SITE alone that date back for March/April 2008! Yes I do know when Just Dance leaked. In the interview Natalie said that they recorded ETD before early 2008 and records of the album's recording date back to mid 2007! I think Natalie knows exactly what she's talking about more than you do, if she was lying someone like Lady Gaga would have replied but she didn't!
February 14, 201015 yr Was fever released in the UK in the end and if so doesn anyone know what its peak position was? Fever was released in the UK but more as a gap and club promo single. If it were released fullscale with promo it would have most likely went top 10 but it wasn't so it didn't bother the charts at all...
February 14, 201015 yr Seeing as everyone did their rankings on the previous page I thought I might as well do mine! :P 1. Miracle 2. What Hurts The Most 3. Fever 4. Evacuate The Dancefloor 5. Everytime We Touch 6. What Do You Want From Me? 7. A Neverending Dream 8. Dangerous 9. Because The Night 10. Truly Madly Deeply
February 14, 201015 yr And for the record ETD was not a rip off of Just Dance it was in fact the other way round cause ETD was recorded before Just Dance was even out so the Gaga fans shouldn't even be moaning in the first place  I know you're a big Cascada fan and I don't want to argue, but that is false, what you said. Here are the German release dates of the two singles (and Cascada is a German act) Just Dance Audio CD (15. August 2008) Link: http://www.amazon.de/Just-Dance-Lady-Gaga/...3027&sr=8-1 Evacuate The Dancefloor Audio CD (3. Juli 2009) http://www.amazon.de/Evacuate-Dancefloor-2...3043&sr=8-3 I need to add though, that Evacuate The Dancefloor was released a bit later in Germany than in the UK. Just out of curiousity I checked the American release date of Just Dance: Audio CD (June 17, 2008) Link: http://www.amazon.com/Just-Dance-Lady-Gaga...3239&sr=8-4 and there was a vinyl released in May already: Vinyl (May 6, 2008) Link: http://www.amazon.com/Just-Dance-Lady-GaGa...3552&sr=8-9
February 14, 201015 yr And now lets get back on topic, Pyromania is not bad, but not their best song either imo ^_^ My faves were Fever, What Hurts The Most and Last Christmas

The Perfect Day album came out in December 2007, they should have included Evacuate The Dancefloor on that if they'd already written it...would have been quite a pioneering sound back then :o

February 14, 201015 yr I refuse to believe that about 'Evacuate The Dancefloor' being recorded before 'Just Dance' surfaced, she was probably told to say that to prevent any backlash.

What I said was what Natalie said so go tell her what she's saying is false  even though it isn't. Release dates have zero to do with when a song was recorded anyway like Jonjo said. And I'm not arguing, this is just a debate having to do with Cascada so it's hardly off topic either
February 14, 201015 yr The Perfect Day album came out in December 2007, they should have included Evacuate The Dancefloor on that if they'd already written it...would have been quite a pioneering sound back then :o I agree :o But I think they only begun recording ETD at that time and only finished around April/May/June in 2008 so it would be too late and ETD hardly fits the theme of the Perfect Day record either so it was a good move nevertheless IMO...
February 14, 201015 yr I refuse to believe that about 'Evacuate The Dancefloor' being recorded before 'Just Dance' surfaced, she was probably told to say that to prevent any backlash.Yeah. More than likely. Or it's Digital Spy making up bull as per. But who knows. Maybe it IS right. No one knows except Cascada themselves I guess  and even when they do tell people, no one believes them
February 15, 201015 yr I guess, in the end, all that matters is who released that type of sound first. :kink:
February 15, 201015 yr OH MY GOD. Have Cascada actually decided to make a go of just being a GaGa covers band then? Pyromania = Poker Face mixed with Just Dance. That said, I can't WAIT to see what they do with Paparazzi and Bad Romance.
February 15, 201015 yr Release dates have zero to do with when a song was recorded anyway like Jonjo said. Yeah, but you can't exactly argue with a song being released a year before ETD was! Indeed, JD was recorded in late 2007 was it not?
February 15, 201015 yr Sorry but you seemed to have misread along the lines. What I said was what Natalie said so go tell her what she's saying is false  even though it isn't. Release dates have zero to do with when a song was recorded anyway like Jonjo said. And I'm not arguing, this is just a debate having to do with Cascada so it's hardly off topic either Thank you for teaching me :), I didn't want to argue either as I said, I'm not really bothered if it's a rip off tbh. I just searched for the release schedules and saw the the gap was quite big between the two release schedules so I can imagine the ETD was influenced by Just Dance, that's it. I must though admit I misread a bit your post, but I still think it was a bit overreacted comment from you to say this:" for the record ETD was not a rip off of Just Dance it was in fact the other way round cause ETD was recorded before Just Dance..." It is not the "other way around" what you said, other way around would have been if Just Dance would have been a rip off of ETD, and I was responding to that. I think you just formulated your words a bit wrong ;) And yes it was offtopic as this thread is about Cascada - Pyromania :P :P :P And stop being so biased nand being on the high horse because half of your comment is rude towards other members. Being a bit polite and nice hasn't harmed anyone here. Natalie says what she has to say, the DJ team who is behind her does the job though ;)
February 15, 201015 yr Sorry Ben but release dates don't necessarily mean when they were very first recorded :P I know but the gap seems quite big between the release dates if you check carefully but I have to admit, I didn't read exactly the "mad" Cascada fans post  I missed this part a bit: And for the record ETD was not a rip off of Just Dance it was in fact the other way round cause ETD was recorded before Just Dance was even out But as I said in my previous post she was formulating the words so that it can be misread easily with "the other way around" :P
