Florence!!! :w00t:

I can see both 'You've Got The Love' and 'You've Got The Dirtee Love' in the top 20 this Sunday now. A bit like 'Empire State Of Mind', these songs aren't going anywhere for a long time.

YES! Finally someone who deserves the bloody award. Flo had a brilliant album :D
im actually going to buy Florence album her performance was amazing
How does the best album come from someone who didn't win their category? There's a real lack of logic in that decision,

This has been happening quite a lot in the past few years actually... I think the first one was the Keane/Franz Ferdinand split for album/group respectively.

Ahhhh makes sense now why the "Album of the Year" is suddenly the "Biggie award" this year :heehee:

It's been the one they all want to win for quite a few years now, I always thought.

yea album takes more time and effort as is your main product for that to be recognised as the best must be a great achievement.

The Pet Shop Boys have got a nice bit of coverage been used on all the add breaks sponsored by master card, i hope they net some album sales for the new live album from it.

JLS winning Best Single shows why the public SHOULD NOT be allowed to vote.

They are a disgrace to the UK music industry and make me ashamed to be British.

Im delighted forence won but im disapointed that Paolo has gone home empty handed tonight.

I'm glad, he's had too much undeserved success this year as it is. Truly horrible.

who won best international group?

No-one, the award wasn't given this year.

i didnt even notice no one cares about the adverts

Lungs is a masterpiece - quirky and original, with thoughtful and powerful lyrics, yet still accessible and commerical which is incredibly difficult to achieve. I was blown away on the first listen and liked the regular album so much that I bought the 2 Disc special edition, and then went to buy the 3 Disc + DVD fan box set  her voice is hauntingly yet so powerful, I'm incredibly pleased that it won.
I found it funny the amount of times they mentioned rival broadcasters shows were on i was tempted to switch on many occasion!
I cant believe they scarpped the best international group award and the best live act award, had they left the live award in Take That would have walked away easily with that award, i hope kylie presents robbie his brit
