i have given this a few listens now, and i'll be shocked if there are more than 3 better albums this year.

It's amazing. Up there with Broken Social Scene, Joanna Newsom and Vampire Weekend for album of the year thus far.

 

'2 Trees' is my favourite, followed by 'This Orient' and 'Miami'. (:

that video makes me sick. good choice for next single though.

I'll be downloading this soon. I like the change in sound but it's all reminiscent of Bloc Party's second album - ambitious change in direction, complex arrangements but lacking in tunes. I am open to being proved wrong.

I'm sure there is some deep point being made by the video for Miami but it sure passed me by.
