Doubt it, as Chile isn't directly in America's backyard.

I don't think so. Wonder if some of the Haiti single profits could go towards it though?

Although the chile earthquake was terrible too, they have a better infrastructure for dealing with it, plus they're not poverty stricken like Haiti so I doubt it

I doubt it, It wasnt as bad as Haiti, and not as many deaths- so wont attract the same amount of interest

probably not chilli is not poor and doesn't have to constantly have constantly rely on other countries for everything unlike Haiti.

they may ask people to buy everybody hurts again and this time give the sales to chilli, unlikely but they would try anything as you know.

 

I think what they should do is re release the original we are the world and let the funds go to chili, the recording of we are the world was dire and it flopped i think if they re released the original it could so very well.

Hope not. Don't want to sound mean towards Chile, I'm sure it's a great country, but I don't want my ears to suffer any more

Plus there's the danger of 'charity fatigue'.

Oh gosh it awful what that Earthquake done Chile. But for the sake of music, I don't want to hear another charity single for a VERY, VERY, VERY long time. The Haiti single was bad enough. I hope the money raised is helping those people who need it the most.
