To be fair, I can see why Intervention was left off the album, it's not a strong song. However I do like the overall sound of it. Scene of the Crime and How Everything You Are on the otherhand are just stunning

'How Everything You Are' shows that Leona is capable of making truly emotive music, and she can do it without heavy productions of the Run variety; just by using her voice and more stripped back sounds like a piano. I haven't been moved by a song like this in a while. Her sound is evolving, and songs like this show that as well as the overall sound of Echo. She should continue in that direction and I hope in future Syco don't leave out gems like this in favour of safe songs like Stop Crying Your Heart Out. Although nice, it keeps her stuck in the Spirt era, and when they promoted Echo using SCYHO, that is the message they sent out to the public.

I'm very disappointed that Leona hasn't been as big as she could've been with this album, especially considering some of the gems on it which no one will ever get to hear if they don't give it a chance. I'm just happy that despite being a commercial flop in many places (thankfully not in the UK), she's made an album of songs I still absolutely love and regularly listen to despite being out for a while.

I hope the third album is just like 'Echo' but with a really BIG anthem on it to carry it.

Probably my favourite song of the leaked it hink its just the purity of it!

all the leaked songs are quite amaizng! some of them could have been better suited on echo than some of the original album tracks! (: Leona shows that she is versitile with scene of the crime and this song and oobv outta my head (: x

Yeah Intervention is a really cute song. Recorded at the same time as Whatever It Takes during the Spirit era. :)

ahaha this is really weird, but i had a dream last night that leona lewis sang on a mission by gabriella cilmi , how weird :S (: x

I hope the next album will be like Good Girl Gone Bad but with a few more ballads where Leona can showcase her range and power.

Or, on the other hand, an old-fashioned type album like Christina's Back to Basics. It could make her a far more credible artist - directing it at a different audience. Obviously making it contempary too. I doubt this would happen though.

'How Everything You Are' is the best ballad and 'Scene of the Crime' is the best up-tempo ^_^

I agree, but I also love Crying is Beautiful, it's gorgeous

Thanks for these ^_^
You're welcome ^_^

That's my third fave ^_^

Scene of the Crime is just incredible. It's 2010's Don't Stop the Music. Like an edgier, cooler and far more complex younger sister.

LEONA PUT THIS PIECE OF EAR SEX ON YOUR THIRD ALBUM WOMAN! :P

YES. She should lead with it, and the video should be epic, and she should have a big dance routine in it, with loads of dancers. And I want her edgy, with shortish hair in some bits, and long hair in other bits.

Tbh, it should be a big epicy dance video, with Leona looking fierce :kink:

I LOVE her cover of Whole Lotta Love!

It's gorgeous! I love it, and I sent it my dad who just keeps playing it over and over again

Where can I download these? I need Whole Lotta Love! so amazing.

This my image of the video for SotC (set in London) :

It starts of with the sirens and flashing lights of a police car with lots of policemen and A&E people in those luminous green jackets crowding round asking people for statements in front of police tape around an area saying "DO NOT CROSS" or whatever they usually say. But we don't actually see what's in the area at the start.

Then when the vocals kick in, it obviously shows Leona up against a wall looking at all the policemen and the "scene". She starts walking away from it and after each of those lines where she sings "just a touch", "hard to breathe" etc - she freezes in the position with whatever hand gesture and the like she's doing at the time. She's ultimately walking around in a square - kinda like the one on Eastenders but more Urban :D Anyway that main scene is intercut with a clip of Leona in leather tied up in chains and very sweaty (:kink:). When it gets to that middle 8 breakdown bit (after the second chorus - where it goes all dancey) she is shown in the street with back up dancers doing some BADASS HOT SEXY STREET YET CONTEMPORARY DANCING! After that it goes back to Leona walking around the square with the camera fixed on her and then as the song starts to finish Leona is back at the scene of the crime - turning transparent and falls onto her mortal body which is laying lifeless on the ground in the taped up area with chalk outlining it.

I'm proud of that tbh ^_^

EDIT: Please note that when Leona is walking around the square in the main scene - she looks like Agnes in the Release Me video - wearing black PVC leggings and an edgy styled black top she normally wears. A very important feature in the video clearly :kink:

You can use the Online Video Converter to rip the audio off the YouTube videos. The site is very good, and the audio is always HQ ^_^
