She did a Live Lounge - a cover of 'Let The Sun Shine'

AND a mash up of 'Better In Time' and Rihanna's 'Man Down'

Wow it really pays for your two BFF's in the industry to be Simon Cowell and Keisha Buchanan doesn't it!

I would love to hear a Dallas Austin produced duet between Keisha and Leona. Either a ballad or an uptempo, they'd kill it.

Album coming in November apparently. I hope they do two singles before but I somehow doubt it. Syco are not creative with their release strategies at all.

How do you know that? Leona herself apparently stated on Radio 1 that the album will be released around August.

She said new music around August, probably meaning the single. And the November information comes from this PR company:

Leona is now off to finish recording her third album, due for release in November.

Hmmm not sure it wud do as well released in the summertime. She better have a massive single to perform on the X Factor around November time then to get those elusive xmas sales

OMG Yes! that needs to happen!

I really want some big, amazing duets on this album. I know there are rumours for Adele and Jessie J collabs that would be INCREDIBLE. Also would love Rihanna, Katy Perry or Beyonce (all three are fans of Leona so possible, and Katy is a friend of hers. :))

Leona hasnt had any big duets! She's only had Lost Then Found with One Republic as a 'ft' song (and Love is Your Colour with J-Hud but thats on the Sex and the City Soundtrack which not many people know about) (Dont Let Me Down had JT vocals but not 'ft' in the song)..its time for a big collab!

I'd love to hear her featured on someone else's song before album comes out, get her back on radio and tv with a big collab!

All artists & labels must work hard to gain a 'career boost'. She will work hard, as always.

I'm excited to hear new music from her! It feels like an age since she's put out new music.
I know so excited! Ah Thanks Rain! Cant wait to see the new photoshoot for this era, I wonder what look she'll be going for! Cant wait for her to be back! :w00t:

From her Twitter Q&A tonight:

@leonalewismusic #askleona your forthcoming third album in three words?

@greenfreaker energetic, deep, unique

@leonalewismusic Who would you say were the major influences for this album so far? #askleona xx

@BenjaminGell tears for fears, kate bush, tracy chapman

She's still recording! Seems to be neverending.

So she's inspired by the likes of Tracy Chapman, Kate Bush and Tears For Fears and she's performed 'Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)' a lot in the past...

Anyone else thinking it'll be a 1980s throwback record with a new-wave/electronic sound?
