March 19, 201015 yr :o I'd heard of this before, but why have I only just listened?! It was only earlier I was thinking how I usually discover the song that becomes my favourite of the year around now ('American Boy' and 'Knock You Down' were both in March) and this could quite possibly be a contender. I'm not sure it'll last the whole year (it's not as good as the two I mentioned) but it's probably my favourite new song of the year. (not that I've got much competition at the moment!)

Probably the first new collaboration between a rapper and a black female (that's usually the Song Of The Year recipe for me) I've played this year, so it's my favourite by default. If it does end up being my favourite, it'd be funny how the songs for the last three years have been connected. 2008 with Kanye, 2009 with Kanye and Keri, 2010 with Keri. :lol: I agree, her song with Kelly Rowland is good and "Single Again" is alright, but she's usually too vulgar for me to listen to. She's good on this and prettier than her voice would have me believe! I really couldn't BJSC it, we're way too anti-R&B these days. :(

March 19, 201015 yr Jark did indeed send it to BJSCXII, and I was in the same semi (and DNQ'd along with Jark with Miss Blue :drama:). I can't say the song had much of an impact on me if I can't even recall it...will youtube it again now though.

March 21, 201015 yr Well? :teresa: I do remember it actually, listening back to it! I think I rated it 8/10 at the time - and probably still would. Good but I don't love it.
