Frankie & Rochelle have been tweeting about the vid & the photoshoot and Frankie said something about she has done her single shot, and has to wait for the group one, could it possibly be for the re-release's booklet?

A recent interview with Una says that their doing a 3rd album instead now. It wouldn't really suprise me with the amount of time they've spent in the studio lately. I think they've been in there way too long just for a re-release.. unless they're gonna make a 20-track 'Wordshaker' re-release lol.

That's probably the best move to be honest, Wordshaker is pretty much a dead horse that even 'Ego' couldn't save. They stand a good chance to wipe clean the slate and have another crack with something completely new.

Agreed. I think the whole album is a bit sour now. Done and dusted. Next one girls :D

Yea based on the studio time and the effort going into photoshoots etc it does look like a 3rd album is the coming our way.

Won't complain though :D Just hope the lead single is bloody amazing!

From TheSats mailer:

While details are all strictly-top secret right now, we can reveal that the girls will be announcing their brand new single VERY SOON!

Mollie knows you're dying to hear all about it, so for the meantime she's written you a little ditty...

"To all the lovely Saturdays fans,

Keep your diaries free of plans,

'cos this summer is going to be lots of fun,

Help us get to NUMBER ONE!!!!!!"

Should have heard it by end of May then (hopefully) :D
Wait, a 3rd album already?!?! Didn't the whole reason for Wordshaker flopping was that it was released too soon? They can't be serious. Assuming they release this single in the summer, it'll have been a year since WORK was released from the FIRST album! At least a re-release could have saved the Wordshaker era. :(

Don't worry yet, nothings been confirmed. I still have a feeling it'll be a re-release.

Even if this is a single from a third album there could be a 2nd single before it's release later in the year.

Hmmm, I dunno. I mean the reason Wordshaker flopped was lack of promo, 'Forever Is Over' wasn't a strong first single choice, the fact they chose to launch the album off one single, and the space between 'Work' and 'Forever Is Over' was way too short.

However, considering 'Ego' was released in January, and the new single should be released sometime in July that's a whole 7 month gab between singels which is very healthy, compared to the 2 and bit month gap between 'Work' and 'Forever Is Over'.

As it's already been pointed out, 'Wordshaker' is now prety much dead, not even 'Ego' could save it, so there's no point really plunging loads of money into popular producers such as Taio Cruz and Alphabeat just for a re-release.

I suppose all will be revealed soon.

Im not sure - I still think a re-release would be better. I really dont want them to leave the Wordshaker era in the state that it's in now of having only sold 75-80k.
I agree, I at least it want to go 100k and above, because it's an amazing album and dosen't deserve to do badly. :(
There is nothing that can be done for Wordshaker now, it may not have harmed to release 'Here Standing' after the success of 'Ego' to try and boost it but to put so much money into re-releasing an album which is effectively an albatross around their neck doesn't make sense. They can try and get it right with a fresh new one.
I'm really excited about this. I think I would prefer to have a re-release of Wordshaker, but I think it will more likely be a third album. I wouldn't want Wordshaker to be stuck around 80k though, and I think a re-release would help it get over 100k.
I'm not quite shore why they didn't do a 3rd single tbh - it's not like it would of done majorly bad. It could of at least made 150k at a push.

Just been checking out songwriting credits and spotted the girls have a credit each on a song called Ready To Rise which I've never seen or heard off before.

Apart from the 5 ladies, credits also include Robin Mortensen Lynch, Niklas Jan Olovson and Colin Leslie Campsie.

Could obviously be a leftover track or something but hadn't spotted it until today.
