If I Were A Boy is the her highest seller? Thats a bit of a suprise tbh, I cant imagine it being hugely well remembered in years to come for example.

I'm also surprised that 'If I Were A Boy' was such a big seller, but I think she came back with HUGE hype at a time when sales were at their highest. Lord knows, she has about 10 other songs more deserving than that one. Hopefully it gets beaten one day.

 

Overall, she is massive isn't she? :D So pleased.

I was surprised to see the 'I Am Sasha Fierce' era has been hugely successful for her singles wise especially :o (3 Top 5!) But not surprised IIWAB was the highest out of them. Didn't that have like 4 weeks of 70k+ sales or something? :wacko: Then her XFactor performance boosted her sales. 'Crazy In Love' is shockingly low and hasn't sold quite as much as I thought it has :o

 

Anyway. 'If I Were A Boy' is amazing :wub: Glad it did so well. Can't believe 'Independant Women' is the biggest selling DC song :puke: 'Lose My Breath' deserved that! :(

2003 was a year of shoddy single sales to be fair. Had Crazy In Love been relesead at a time where the sales were similar to now it probably would be her highest seller.

I too adore If I Were A Boy. I was overjoyed when it beat Womanizer to #1, which got much more love on BJ.

If I Were A Boy is not my favourite song by Beyonce but I'm not suprised it's number one. I Am Sasha Fierce has been her best era in terms of singles.

I think crazy in love is awful. If I were a boy is a classic song in comparison.
