You have to have been here 6months at the end of Confirmation, so it'll be July unfortunately.

Can't see any problem with that, considering when you joined, you need to choose a country name and a capital city.

can you enter any song apart from a ecs song and a song already entered?

Album tracks and leaked tracks are allowed, but it should be something that not many would hear if it wasn't for the contest. So nothing by big artists, like Lady GaGa.

I expect so, I've never heard of it :lol: But you're not supposed to announce your tracks until the voting opens, or you can say that you were "thinking of" sending something...

As I can't enter until July, I won't have access to the internet for the second half of the month so would it be best to not enter until August as from what I can see most of the competition happens at the end of the month?

Yeah, if you're not gonna be able to vote it'd be best to sit it out.

Hai peoples, I've been looking around here and am interested to enter the competition (plus I've been on BJ for almost a year). I hope it's not too late to enter this month's contest.

 

Country Name: Danaelanda [pronouced: Dan-yul-anda] (as you can see I'm not very imaginative and I've used my own name to make a country name) (plus it sounds like Yolanda [as in Yolanda Be Cool - who made my fave song of last year] :kink:)

Capital City: Aelan [pronouced: Ay-lan] (using the middle five letters of my country name)

I'm already thinking of a song that isn't in the 'songs of the BJ contest list' (unless I've missed it in the massive songlist) and I'll be starting my national thread soon Btw, I'll be on a school trip to Sicily on 26 - 30 June, will I miss out on any important voting or is it OK to start this month? (I haven't followed this forum closely enough to know when voting starts and ends)
