Posted April 4, 201015 yr http://i666.photobucket.com/albums/vv21/Sinny3/border.png First of all I will announce the results of each section (order only) and who gave the highest and lowest for each era, finally I will announce the complete results including the breakdown of how each era did in each section. At the end I will also rank each voter from lowest to highest of how many points they gave. The orders are based on averages but totals will also be given. I'll start in the next post.
April 4, 201015 yr Author The Singles - How you rated the single choices of each era. 7th Catfights & Spotlights Single releases: Girls - peaked at #3 and No Can Do - peaked at #23. Deservedly in last place for me as both choices were atrocious, despite Girls' high peak I see it as the catalyst to C&S massively flopping. IMO they should have started the era off with You On A Good Day as lead single. Although No Can Do is an OK song it should have never have been a single but it did surprise us all by getting to #23 as it climbed a massive 60 places to get there, instead I think they should have gone with a Christmas release with Can We Call A Truce. Things did start to look up though as the record label were looking into video treatments for Every Heart Broken as they were planning to release it but alas the release was cancelled. Highest Rates: StateOfMind (9 points) SugaChazzy (8) Kuki Sanban (8) Lowest Rates: Steve's A Mess (-1) Silas (-1) Medevac (1) Edited April 4, 201015 yr by Steve's A Mess
April 4, 201015 yr Author 6th One Touch Single releases: Overload - #6, New Year - #12, Run For Cover - #13 and Soul Sound - #30. Although I expected it to finish this low I think it didn't deserve to as IMO the only duff choice was Soul Sound which for me should have been replaced with One Foot In. Overload was the song that started it all the first ever single, ground breaking in terms of girl groups, a sublime song which like Run For Cover is one of my favourite Suga songs ever. New Year was the perfect single choice as it was release around the festive season. Highest Rates: Silas (10) Aidan (10) DougJames (9) Medevac (9) Mike Sugafan (9) Lowest Rates: StateOfMind (4) Pepi (4) Aled (5) Adam92 (5) Edited April 4, 201015 yr by Steve's A Mess
April 4, 201015 yr Author 5th Sweet 7 Single releases: Get Sexy #2, About a Girl #8 and Wear My Kiss #7 Get Sexy was the last Sugababes single to feature Keisha which brought the girls back to being cool again (well it started to) but following KeishaGate hampered the next single, About a Girl, as the video was changed last minute and Amelle going into a clinic stopping promotion until just before release and the lack of promotion, with the lack of radio and TV airplay caused by the line up change About a Girl underperformed only getting to #8 as most of us thought it would be their biggest selling single since About You Now, at least until what happened. Then came the album delay and the stupid choice of Wear My Kiss as the third single which wouldn't have been chosen if it wasn't for the delay, there was much better single choices on the album. The 4th single has yet to be officially confirmed but it looks likely to be Miss Everything, although the New Release Schedule still says Crash & Burn. Opinions however are split on both song being the next single. Highest Rates: Gagafan goulding (11) Aled (10) Arrs (10) SugaChazzy (10) Lukuzz (10) Pepi (10) Lowest Rates: shakilover (3) Medevac (4)
April 4, 201015 yr Mhm, I'm StateOfMind btw! And before I get any question marks. I rated C+S so high because I think the single choices weren't that good for mainstream, but they showed a different, more classy side for the girls. It didn't really matter where the songs would chart because in that era they weren't going for mainstream, but for class (that's how i see it). I rated One Touch singles low because I think the singles are the worst songs on the album, thus not very representative for the album's strength IMO.

June 14, 201015 yr I didn't even realise it had started, anyways I knew they would be the bottom 3, glad Sweet 7 came out higher than the other 2 though..
June 14, 201015 yr One Touch was amazing in terms of choice of singles ! Angels With Dirty Faces should win imo, followed by Three. Shame I didn't vote aha!
June 14, 201015 yr Why I gave C&S single releases an 8, I do not know!!! Lol I gave 9 and I don't know why. I mean I loved the singles and I think they were good choices (they weren't really commercially but they were classy and really different from anything else in the charts and that's why I like them as singles), but a 9 is a little over the top.
December 3, 201014 yr Author sssshhhh can't you tell I lost the results and couldn't be bothered to do them again. I'll do it over the xmas period.
