Putting it bluntle, you're right, ATL has been much better recieved than 2 Hearts was.

Yeah, it's been much better receieved and deservedly so. This definitely feels like her proper comeback this time around.

How the ww sale be 164000 when it debuts at Top 20 in so many countries?

I don't know what the deadline is for the chart so it could be that not all sales are included.

 

Besides, the biggest markets are the UK, Australia US and Germany where it sold around 120K. Sales in other countries are way below that.

I've just listened to her album for the first time. On first impressions, I think it's great! I love some of the slower songs like 'Closer' and 'Looking for An Angel'. All the Lovers, Put Your Hands Up and Aphrodite really stand out for me though.

 

I'm sure the more I listen to it, the more my feelings will change towards it though.

Something i have been thinking, does everyone think that Everything is Beautiful can be classed as a ballad?

I feel it is but so are Looking For an Angel, Mighty Rivers and Heartstrings, these songs give me a "ballad vibe"

The album has grown on me so much, I wasn't keen at first and it took me a ton of listens to get into but I'm pretty much in love with it now. I actually like that it wasn't instant for me as I'm still discovering new bits and songs I like every time I give it a spin.
