britster, I think we should make some universal answer for all the questions at the same time. E.g.

Yes, on Sundays iTunes is sometimes frozen

No, the new songs don't fall, it's just a temporary iTunes revertial

No, we shouldn't judge the peaks of the songs only by their start positions

No, it is difficult to predict the future success of the song judging only by Sunday's start: the weekend effect is still on hence the songs don't fall as quick as they can, plus all the songs are moving up with the different speed

Yes, you are allowed to post the pop-bars but please, make them watchable

Yes, you can view pop-bars in iTunes 8 but there is an option using the Magic thing or so

Yes, the weekend effect is on at the weekends

No, it's not necessary to shout out with loads of smileys when your interested song moves up or down from #843 to #842 or #845

Yes, we have an artist bashing thread so please keep away ranting there

Yes, you can have a life instead of checking the iTunes updates every 5 seconds

etc.

:P :kink:

Suprised at Mini Viva tbh, It's not in a great position, but better than i thought they would do!
Dance is at the top quite a lot recently, so it wont really be a change.

Umm... not really?

The last proper dance #1 was Calvin Harris over a year ago.

You could argue the two Guetta #1s were 'proper dance' too but I disagree with that, I think WLTO is too poppy and SB to R&B-ish to be 'proper dance'

At this rate Roll Deep will get another week, if Edward Maya does not deliver.

I do think Edward Maya derseves next Sunday's #1, it will bring a touch of dance to the top for a change.

Take away the rapping and Good Times is a dance song. It's certainly a rap/dance hybrid at least anyway.

There's nothing 'rap' about any of the new breed of so called UK rap songs.

They're just pop/dance songs really.

Cascada - Evacuate The Dancefloor could be considered a dance #1 too, well Eurodance anyway. I'd count both When Love Takes Over and Sexy Bitch as dance too - but hybrids like you say, but dance was the dominant genre in both. Not like some of the grime/rap #1's we've had recently which clearly have dance elements but owe more to another genre.

Any sign of Kaci? :(

No :( It's not even out for some reason... I was going to download and I typed Kaci Battaglia into search and the EP and Single came up. I clicked on single and it said this item is not currently available in the UK Itunes store  Also, EP is pre-order, it's out tomorrow...

kaci's number 488 apparently

:( She needs to be higher  I can't download it for some reason...

kaci's number 488 apparently

Not true. It's not in the top 1000 at all, and iTunes have messed up, by saying it was released in 2002. Complaint time. -_-

EDIT: Huhh!? I just managed to buy Kaci...
