This 'clown' thing in the titles reminds me of Dr. Who's 'guard' in The Best Below episode :o

I've been saying the same thing - the Smilers :D

The 'clown' thing is called Bob Righter btw - it's an anagram ;)

Really excited :D And I see some other people here who liked Nadia - she was my favourite from the launch of BB5

BB11 will end after 11 weeks. However an additional two weeks will see the winner remain in the house - and joined by past HM's to find the 'Ultimate Housemate'.

I kinda like this idea, but it could be bad. The ex-housemates will know what made them popular, and try and do whatever that was, again. Like, Brian Belo would be purposefully acting like he's thick. And Nikki would purposefully have tantrums just because she knows the public found it funny. And the ex-housemates will also know exactly what the public thinks about the BB11 winner.

But it could be good. Nikki is probably my favourite housemate of all time, but I also really liked Nadia (BB5), Freddie & Sophie (BB10), Rex (BB9) & Twins (BB8).

Sorry, I do sometimes really think of something else when reading the posts

British entertainment showmakers really love anagrams

I want Nikki, Helen, Kate Lawler, Brian, Nadia, Grace & Sophie back in for sure.

Edited by Alex!

What time time does this start tonight?

I might bother wtaching it this year, hopefully its more like series 5 or 6 compared to the last few years.

Just under 40 mins to go :w00t: I cannot wait :D

May you all be on your best behaviour tonight in this thread as it's just me moderating (unless Admin, global mods etc. help out) and as I'll only be on here during the breaks I will delete posts I feel too offensive about the housemates and each other, so keep it clean y'all. :D

And I wonder what colour Davina will be wearing tonight? :heehee:

OMG!

Did anyone see BBLB? The outside of the house looks lovely, in keeping with the carnival theme (still not seen the inside).

Potential housemates were on as well, some of whom were quickly interviewed. On first impressions none stood out

Hoping the regulars from the Big Mouth audience (Graham and his wife) don't make it in. Don't like how they have all met already :(

Not long left now indeed!!v I will take a bet and say Davina will wear something black!

 that's what I thought.

When Big Brother started I thought it was the best thing since sliced bread, But after the "boring" Series 4; they brought in all the "look at me fame hungry freaks" instead of a cross section of people you meet in normal life, and the show got less interesting as it became increasingly fake and contrived, where it became blatantly obvious that the show's producers wanted certain characters to do better than others instead of letting the viewers decide .... leading to Series 8 "keep Charley Ulcea in the show at all costs" breaking point.

Funnily enough, a lot of viewers shared my views with Channel 4, as they lost the majority of the 25+ age fanbase that made the show a success in the first place (and ultimately caused its demise). And they probably (like me) supported Ricky Gervais' campaign to get the most normal housemate made the winner of BB9; against the obvious annoyance of fellow contestants/the show's producers.

So I will end my boycott to watch the show's Final 2 Week Best Of/Finale. As for the first three series it was the best British show on TV.

Anyone just see Davina :D Black with cardigan. "13 housemates invited to stay with Big Brother for one last summer and they will be in for the ride of their lives"

Crowd looks sizeable :)

OOo they have decided to add an extra one as it was only 12 they were going to have a few days ago.

Jesus that was bad grammar.
