I said he was last night, and no one believed me. I know it shouldn't matter, but he's cuteee.

I'd rather have Dave out first, he's not funny or interesting in the slightest. Not a fan of Ben either but at least he'd provide some conflict.

Im with people on Dave. Obviously being the first night, first impressions are likely to change but anyone whos forcing rules down peoples throats within a few hours of entering doesnt exactly scream great housemate. Unless we get an amazing line ''Mikey has a disability, open your eyes'' he'll just be Mario without the amazing girlfriend.

 

Was it me aswell or did Corin say something about losing her husband in a car crash? I wasnt concentratiting at the time. She's another one, who like Sunshine, came across awfully in the VT's but in tonights show and the live feed actually seems quite decent.

 

Oh, and Mario is just too adorable for words tbh. God, I hope he doesnt get evicted :(

The Big Brother website says he likes going out clubbing for attention from girls, but I honestly have no idea. He's absolutely adorable though!

No - I'll join you - he's like every suburban metrosexual boy in every town, anyplace, anywhere - the naff hairdresser highlights, the carefully sculpted facial hair - you just know he wears lots of pastel colours and, if he were a Brit, he'd live and die in Henleys (sorry to swear...).... uugh- he's vile - totally putrid.....

I've never liked a housemate so much on day 2 lol, I just think he's putting so much in to his task, I really think he SHOULD pass it, and I think it would be awful if he had to leave on Saturday, kind of like if Chantelle had left in CBB4.

I think Mario is probably gonna be my favourite housemate in the next few days, I was really wanting them to read the ball! I'm not sure what it said on it but it definitely had something about 'secret task' it could have helped him to stay, I'm not sure he'll manage it at the moment. I reckon BB will make it easy on him though, they'll know he's one of the most likeable and 'normal' guys in there at the moment.

I thought Ben and John came across alot better on tonights show than on their Vt's.....Also Caoimhe and Shabby came across alot better too.

If they're not stupid then they should realize that big brother is the real mole who's pulling the strings and trying to get them to vote Mario as the mole.

 

How anyone could vote Mario as the mole when he's dressed up as a mole is beyond me....it seems to me like it should be obvious to the housemates that big brother is trying to trick them.

Last night drew 3.1 million viewers, 100k up on last year's first highlight show.

 

I guess that's a good thing! I found it a really enjoyable episode tbh.

I thought the launch show was absolutely horrible, the selection of the housemates was so boring and completely pointless. But last night's highlights show was really good, at the moment they seem like they could be a pretty decent bunch of housemates.

thanks god they didnt fill up last nights episode with the launch stuff like they usually do if they had the ratings would have fell much more and it was good they showed a clip of tonight's episode something to keep viewers :)
